“I had appointment to get my brake rotators and pads replaced. I purchased the items. They took three hours to replace just my back brakes. I personal feel that that was way to long of a wait especially since every thing was bought already. The price was fair and they seemed to do good work they just took their time doing the work.”

“We are very happy customers and pleased with how they treat their customers....they make sure you can see what is going on when they find issues with your vehicle while doing state inspection..ours failed due to holes in the body frame otherwise, everything else was fine....We got the holes fixed by a company welding panels onto the areas and then undercoated the area...Dan (employee of Monro) is a great person and makes you feel very welcome and informed....”

I went to Sheetz gas station to get air in my tires and realize that Sheetz gas station is not set up for Jeep Wrangler when you try to put air in it actually releases the air and let it out. “We received amazing service and care from Mr Tire Auto Service today. While traveling and hauling our camper, our air nozzle got ripped out of our tire when we were filling the tire with air at Sheetz.
The local Toyota dealership wouldn’t help us and Goodyear couldn’t fit us in for hours. We had two small children in our car and needed to make it to our destination before it got dark.
We called Mr Tire Auto Service and they told us to come over with our spare on and they would see if they could fix our tire. In less than 15 minutes they had the nozzle replaced and we were on our way.
We are really grateful for their quick service and willingness to help us!”

“Got me fixed and back on the road very fast. Buy tires from here and buy the warranty (if your tires are beyond repair, you only have to pay based on mileage from tire purchase, so something akin to 2000 miles on $200 tires only cost me $69 to replace in total - Cant beat that value)! I had to swerve onto the sidewalk to avoid an accident, popped my FP, and left a good scar on RP. They got to work on quickly removing the faulty tire and relocating RP to FP (thank goodness it was still drivable), and putting my spare on rp.
The final repair is still pending but will be done this afternoon. So far, more than pleased with the service I have received!”
