“Very Professional, outgoing. Working above and beyond for the customers. From the moment we walked into this Budget the gentleman, (I apologize I do not know his name) but a true gentleman. Took care of us, he was very busy at the time we arrived on a Friday night, and he made us feel that even tho he was very busy, we were important. He took extra time to talk to me even tho I knew he was so busy. It is rare that you find this level of professionalism, kindness, high work ethic and outstanding demeanor. I will only be using this Budget from now on. We have tried the Airport location, De & PA and none, to date, compare with the service we received.
Due to an issue with our personal truck not being ready at the dealer, the very same gentleman, extended our time, again making us feel that we were important and he cared!

This is a small facility but the staff, especially D.J., tries their hardest to accommodate all customers fairly, efficiently, and respectfully. There is typically only 1 person on staff so patience and good planning allow for smooth transactions. His knowledge of contracts, cars, and corporate policies ensures you will get the best option possible. I will continue to rent from here, whenever I need a car.”

I’m only in the area once a year but will consider this location in the future because of their service. There also a gentleman working, I did not interact with him but he was also being friendly and helping another guest. The three of them made for a great experience and atmosphere.”
