The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, patient, and gives detailed answers. In one visit, a customer called at 4:45pm, was told to bring the bike to the back door and hurry up, and the team put the bike on the rack and worked quickly, finding a wheel, new tube and tire, and adjusting brakes, steering knuckle and gear shifter. Another customer on a road trip had the owner unload 4 adult bikes, secure the rack, find an extra bungee cord, and was not asked to pay. Customers appreciate helpful service.
