“Amy, Rocco, and the rest of the staff at Twisted Cog were excellent. I needed new pedals installed on my ebike. When I walked in I was greeted by Rocco who then put my bike on the stand and changed the pedals. There was an issue with the pedals because they came factory installed with lock tight on the threads. No problem for Rocco, he removed them with care, fixed the threads, and installed a new pair. Amy took care of me at checkout and was so very friendly. I even met their dog. I felt at home being in the bike shop. Thanks Amy, Rocco, and the rest of the staff!”
