The review of my car's status and necessary maintenance was done timely and reasonably. My only concern is that it appears the reason for my battery's low charge level is a faulty alternator, which was not apparently tested nor ascertained by the dealer. I will review it with the dealer when I return to complete my repairs.

The Exton Nissan staff are amazing!!! Cliff helped me understand my warranty coverage and all that it entailed. The Service staff explained everything to me fully and didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing them, no matter how many questions I asked. They are very friendly and have a great sense of humor!
