“Did an amazing job. These technician's are magicians. Everything was so easy from the start and I was made aware that it would take awhile. I contacted them throughout the process, they explained issues with getting parts, but they ultimately got it done. I can not tell that anything has been welded, paint matches perfectly, and ultimately you would never be able to tell this truck had ever been into an accident. “First let me start by saying in a modern world where customer service is near nonexistent Jim, Bill and the rest of their team were a breath of fresh air. I had been looking for a shop to pin stripe my Harley but none of my local shop would touch it so after a phone call to Bulldog Jim brought a pinstriper in to take care of needs and let me tell you what he (Paul) did a spectacular job on what I thought would be a tough color to match. The price was less than what I expected and from my first call to the work being done was a turn around of about 4 days. “I had an oil change done, but the car smelled like oil smoke after the oil was change. I went back to ask them to check it and Josh S. The technician was of great prompt help, called the manager on duty. Josh S. was very courteous and professional.
Coach Sam came out, check the car and explained what happened as few oil drops spelled during changing the Oil filter.
Coach Sam took care of the problem instantly and personally cleaned the oil spell herself.
I was very impressed with their care and professional attitude.
I left very happy and thankful to them that was not a big engine problem.
