Had package pickup scheduled days in advance, I called the afternoon of pickup and they verified it was still scheduled to be picked up by 8PM. Guess what? No package pickup, no text or email as to what happened. Very unreliable service.

Easily the worst shipping service at this point. Even using their website is meaningless. Packages constantly delayed, re-routed, instructions on delivery ignored. Shippers, don't use this service.

Picture says it all. Driver pulled into my driveway, walked over and tossed the box on my lawn, in front of sign. Then sat in his truck, in my driveway for several minutes. I also have it recorded, ring cameras are great to capture complete failure.
2nd event of failure to deliver, failure to read. downgraded rating to match average of 2 stars.
See new picture. Driver missed the RIF bus.
Also added video, the driver POD pic had to include the sign.
Another failure to share, driver tossed package at my mail box/curb. Loser
Another failure to share, driver so lazy, stuffed a pkg inside my mailbox on top of mail delivered.
Let’s see what failure is next, I’m sure it’s coming, the only reliable attribute of this delivery driver-loser.
Down to one star.
Yet another RIF bus failure. I’m gonna keep positing everyone, it’s comical how stupid. See new pic and video
And another failure. I guess your drivers don’t watch the news. Packages being stolen?????
Driver once again dumped my package at my mail box, tossed it on the ground at the street. You are into negative stars at this point. Will keep posting failures as they occur.

I am extremely frustrated with this delivery experience. I ordered my cat's food and I always rely on UPS for my deliveries because of their consistent reliability. In hindsight, Chewy should always be using UPS for deliveries! This delivery was incredibly simple, especially since each address number is clearly displayed on the door. Despite this, the driver still managed to deliver my package to the wrong address. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, and I expect much better service when it comes to delivering my pet's essentials.

My normal driver is an idiot. Delivered to wrong address never to be found, could not deliver because of trashcan in driveway. A package needed signature but no message to indicate that, just not delivered.

Worst place to work ever. They treat you like trash and then blame you for not liking it. Every time I see one of there trucks I cringe. These people are oblivious to any kind of common decency. My old neighbor also had a problem with them constantly about their deliveries. They would just leave the packages at the end of his driveway. He was bedridden and his wife had hip replacement surgery. For almost five years I would carry his boxes down to his house for him. He complained to them many times about it, but they still just kept tossing them at the end of his driveway. There was no excuse for them to not correct the problem. Thank God I was there for that man.

I worked for this company for 2 years, and it was the worst job I’ve ever had in the state of Pennsylvania.
After the 2021 FedEx shooting in Indianapolis happened, you would think that the company would do a worldwide plan on making the workplace a much better environment. But it turned out to be the exact opposite…..
…..an operations manager was brawling a district manager. Did he get fired? No! Later on, he would have a meltdown where he was throwing boxes in rage and putting other co-workers at risk of getting hurt or killed. Did they fire him then? No!
2 co-workers were physically assaulting one another with customer’s boxes, breaking fragile glass inside boxes and destroying hazardous boxes on purpose, allowing toxic chemicals to poison other co-workers. Did anybody report them to the police? No!
Then I had this one co-worker (let’s pretend her name is Jane Doe) who would constantly berate me to extreme levels for helping out. I was just helping Jane Doe out! Why does Jane Doe not want my help? Why is she inconveniencing her own self while at the same time, making me feel as miserable as humanly possible. That’s just not right.
Their busiest time of the year is Thanksgiving through Christmas. They call it Peak Season. I was so desperate to find a better life, that I resigned from the company halfway through Peak Season 2023. They deserve an abrupt resignation like that after what they put me through for so many years.
If you have kids, I hope you don’t make the mistake of having them work for such a toxic company. I can assure you, it will put a severe toll on their mental and physical health.

They broke my walkway lights while delivering tires that they left out in the open in front of my house instead of putting on my porch. Apparently the geniuses the hire to drive their trucks think a walkway light can support 5 truck tires ?♂️

I really thought my issues with FedEx had improved as we must have gotten a regular driver but here we go again. I honestly try not to order from companies that use FedEx for their shipping. I dread ordering from Walmart because I know they only use FedEx. I’ve had to make so many calls about the drivers, whether they’re backing down my driveway running over stone pavers or we’ve had a delivery person arguing with my husband because of where the packages were thrown or a driver hitting the edge of my roof with the truck. I’ve talked to Cheryl at the office so many times and I know her hands are tied and she really does try to make the best of things. FedEx is the only delivery company I have a problem with. I never have an issue with UPS, ever. Today, once again, I found my packages were found in the stones at the top of my driveway next to the road. It’s almost like a guessing game of where the packages will be thrown, you literally have to look all around the entire property because I’ve already found them on my back patio which is nowhere even near the doors, it’s out of the way and you have to walk by the front doors to get to it. It’s just so awful. I have a large driveway and turn around area so there’s no excuse to not drive down and put them by the door. When I called, they said they put a request in on my account making sure they would not be dropped off at the top of the driveway because of theft in the area, but I guess that doesn’t go for all the drivers.Edit to the initial review the following day:Delivered the packages and let them at the top of the driveway by the road again!! So frustrating!!!

I read a post earlier about theft at this facility and it is true. Just had a $900 iPhone stolen at this facility. After 7 days and no movement of the package, but scanned into the facility and no delivery, I drove to the facility myself and spoke to somebody. I won’t say their names because they were helpful but unable to locate my phone. They acknowledged the theft problem and advised me to file a claim against FedEx for lost/stolen items which I’m doing today, and I’m filing a police report with West Whiteland Township Police. I’m amazed that this continues and literally has thieves employed and continuing to do this and no way to stop it with surveillance or other means. UPDATE: I officially filed a police report. Hopefully the detective group investigates.

The fedex location in Exton, PA is running a criminal conspiracy with electronics. I have now had two phones, one lost at the exton location and one out for delivery that was never delivered in the last phone. The worst part is filing a complaint with fedex is useless because they never call back and when you call they said oh they looked and couldn’t find it. When pressed on whether cameras were reviewed or employees interrogate they said not. It is a true disgrace that fedex franchises its routes and there are no internal controls or audit process to review whether complaint investigations are conducted competently. Kore logistics who is the franchisee and runs the exton station has culpability as well! West Whiteland police should be contacted in the instance a package is stolen or lost by the exton station employees. Updsting my review, it was confirmed by the Exton station fedex that an employee scanned the package on the delivery vehicle then moments later scanned it off, and basically committed a felony by stealing a package valued at over $1,000.

Claimed my package was delivered. Left no tag or anything. Package was never delivered and now FedEx has closed my case claiming there is nothing they can do. Hopefully this location will stop being used to deliver packages.
