The Goodwill Store & Donation Center is known for having a very large amount of merchandise, especially clothes and shoes, with the racks often being overly full. The store can feel claustrophobic and is generally stuffed with items. While the clothing is organized, the general wares shelves are sorted by color rather than product type and are not overly organized, requiring patience to dig through. Prices are noted as being on the high end for a thrift store, though color tag discounts are available. Shoppers report finding great deals and treasures with some effort. Customer service receives mixed mentions, with some staff members, including managers and cashiers, highlighted for being incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, significantly enhancing the experience. However, other interactions with employees have been less positive. Overall, it remains a frequent stop for many due to the sheer volume of goods.
They got new shelves in there, pretty claustrophobic. Things are unorganized at least for the general wares, clothes are organized though.

This review is Solely about a manager named Luis at the Exton location. Luis helped me yesterday in a way that most people wouldn’t have. He was so incredibly kind. What a lovely person! I can’t possibly say enough great things about him. He is an asset to the company and the community around him. Thank you Luis!!

I occasionally visit this place to find antique and unique items. Today I was able to pick an Olympic typewriter.
