“The women that work here aren’t always the friendliest but they are helpful! So if the vibe is off don’t let that discourage you from looking around or checking the down stairs section. Every time I come in here I find and buy multiple things. Lots of good gems and reasonably priced.”
“After days of preparing to get my house ready for market, I needed a break and figured surrounding myself with beautiful vintage clothes might improve my mood. Boy, did it! I stumbled into Ms. Malena’s wearing the clothes I had been spackling drywall in with no real plan other than a vague hope that I might find a dress for an upcoming black tie wedding. Despite my crazy appearance, Malena gave me her full attention and helped me select some really special dresses, one of which ended up being absolutely perfect. Another employee then combed through every single earring in the store and in back stock to help me find the perfect match. I have not received customer service like that in…perhaps ever. And then of course there is their absolutely STUNNING collection of vintage pieces. In addition to finding a true treasure of a dress today, I thoroughly enjoyed eavesdropping as everyone worked to coordinate plans with consigners and source additional pieces for their collection. Malena and team are doing incredible work to curate their store, and the service that they provide their customers is unmatched. Thank you!!!”
“Stopped in here on a whim as I've never heard or seen this place before but was at a doctor's appointment across the street. Its so cute! First they have some really nice items, name brand and high end retail. Several of the clothes I picked up still had the original tag on it! The lady who was working there was so nice! I will say I checked out their online site and the clothes look better in person. I definitely will be stopping in more often bc I love a bargain! Check it out if you're in the area!”

We regularly drop off things that we no longer use, and it feels good to know that we're helping someone else instead of simply throwing things away (or selling them on Facebook Marketplace). The staff are really kind, and their selection ranges from high-priced Gucci items for Target prices, to Target items at Dollar Store prices.”

“I come to this store every now and again, and I just have to say, the staff and manager here must be saints. The kindest people. A young girl and her mother walked in while I was shopping and the girl had such an attitude and was so mean spirited towards the owner it took me aback. And the owner still asked to help her unload her car, took her items right away (even though I’m sure she wasn’t first) - this store has top notch professionalism and customer service. Come here if you want to be treated well.”

“The manager Kristin was super helpful and friendly. The exact suit I needed had no price tag, and the cashier told me they couldn't sell it because of that (terrible policy BTW!!). I asked to speak to the manager because I really wanted this suit and she immediately took care of it and put a price for it so I could buy it.
I was ready to leave and never come back, but Kristin the manager turned my experience around immediately and I'll be back for sure. Thanks Kristin!
Also, Goodwill, not allowing the sale of items without a price tag?! That is a TERRIBLE policy and if it's ever enforced on me, I promise I will never come back again.”
