“Clean, friendly gym with plenty of equipment and space to get a full workout done. They have weights in .5 increments which is a huge plus for building strength and muscle. Nice variety of group exercises s well. Plenty of cardio machines, stretch machines as well. Bands, balls, ropes, TRX and more. Helpful and Knowledgeable instructors. Plus they have a squash coury and a sauna too.”
