I went in to make a change to my account and Jared was great with helping me make the necessary change. While getting ready to go on vacation, I was alerted with a possible hack into my account. Jared made the necessary change and assured me that everything that was already paid on would be ok. Thank you Jared! Nice meeting you.

TD Bank = scum (members please read) !!!!! On February 4, 2021, I received a phone call from a 1-800 # displaying TD Bank. I was greeted with: "Hello my name is _____ from TD Bank, is this Mr. Hamel?" I replied: "Yes it is" and he then asked me if I had purchased a Spirit Airline ticket. I replied: "No I did not." He then told me that my account has been hacked and that there was also multiple Zelle transfers (at the time I did not even know what Zelle was ). He proceeded to tell me that in order to transfer the money back into my account, he would need to send me a verification code, have me read it back to him and reply YES to a text message (which I did). We did this roughly 18 times and I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with him. On my way home from work that day I stopped at my local TD Bank branch to check the status of my accounts and they informed me that TD Bank had never contacted me and that I was actually speaking to the hacker on the phone. While at the branch I learned that the hacker had transferred roughly $3,700 from my savings account to my checking account where he made the Zelle transfers... Since then, I have filed a police report with my local department, filed 5 fraud reports with TD Bank, a report with the Consumer Protection Bureau and the FBI. None of which have helped. I have gone as high as I could go in TD Bank, and they continue to deny me of claims because I simply replied YES to the text message. They have led me on and on over the past few months, and I've been lied to on multiple occasions. Every time I call or go to a branch, I get a different story. Long story short, I am out roughly $3,700 dollars. TD bank will never have my business ever again, and I strongly recommend anyone that does bank with them to seriously consider who and what kind of place you are putting your trust in to protect your money. I've talked to many of friends and family and coworkers about this situation and many have told me that any other bank would have given the money back, no questions asked. I had a member of TD Bank's chairman services department tell me, and I quote, "You didn't hear this from me, but if you want your money back blow us up on social media. You will then get what you want." So, I am letting the world know what kind of bank you are dealing with! On a final note, I do not believe that TD Bank, the local police department, the Consumer Protection Bureau nor the FBI are looking for the person that did this to me, and that's the scariest part of it all! Thank you for taking the time to read this and please share, share, share the crap out of this post!

This branch of TD Bank in Exton, PA has terrible customer service, the worst by Teresa. She is rude to and dismissive of customers. It's like she hates her job and wants everyone else to suffer with her. I have been a TD customer for over a decade and, for the past year, have been coming into the branch monthly to do some transactions for my work. I just closed all my accounts with TD Bank after Teresa refused me service while I was trying to do my same monthly business. Additionally, the staff at the Exton TD Bank do not all wear masks (or wear them properly) while serving customers.

Only plan on choosing this bank if you plan to keep another bank that you can depend on.i went to pay Safelite Auto Glass 402$ for a window replacement Friday afternoon at 230pm and my debit card was declined even though I had 4500.00 dollars in that account.i tried calling and was on hold one hour and 27 minutes.and never got thru! This is not the 1st,2nd,3rd or fourth time that this has happened.last time it was due to suspicious activity!!! I paid my cellphone bill! Like I do every F ing month.the time before I had purchased from wish,a site that my wife and myself shop from constantly. If they would look at my account prior to locking up my card any idiot would see that I shop from the same places and there isn't any suspicious activity.i do not how they flag a purchase weather it be by the number of purchased or they are total morons.i am tired of being embarrassed and humiliated by td bank.i am afraid to buy anything with my card unless I have my card from another bank that I deal with as I've lost ALL confidence in TD bank.the only reason that I've kept them is that alot of payments come out automatically.but I've come to realize that they must not want my business as they are doing everything to make me change to a more customer oriented bank

I shared the sentiments from other comments, TDbank has the worst customer service and the manager (the one at the branch of 553 W Uwchlan Avenue) was rude and arrogant. She did not return my phone call regarding my account and did not return the fees to my account as she promised. It is a very unpleasant experience with her, how can she represent tdbank as a manager?!!

I have never had any problems at this branch of TD Bank. Pleasant, helpful, and efficient.
