I went in to make a change to my account and Jared was great with helping me make the necessary change. While getting ready to go on vacation, I was alerted with a possible hack into my account. Teller Teresa is rudest person I ever go in to the bank,bad attitude,she is so miserable with her job,I need 7 gifts cards and she say next time I have to call ahead for that many,seriously for 7 gifts card that too much for her to do?

Worst customer service Glitch in the computer system and got locked out of my account . Can't access my account . Told it will take 1 to 5 business days for someone in it department to get back to me . Waiting for regional manager or store manager to also call back
