Went there couple times, the staff is friendly but it’s slow. It easy stacks a queue of over 5 and couple times the wait is over 15 minutes. There’s couple times a staff continues chitchat disregarding the long queue.

Scheduled a passport appointment via the website for entire family. Passport person apparently went on vacation. No notice of canceled appointment received, no return date, entire day wasted.

Wish I could give zero stars. It’s clear why the post offices are failing. When you have a problem they refuse to speak with you to address it.
