“I buy and sell sports cards. Any card I've mailed in any envelope always get to where it's going, whether it takes 5 days or sometimes 2 and a half weeks. Also any bubble mailer has gotten where it needs to as well. Shipped 115+ cards and counting right in the blue box outside, have yet to have an issue.”

“No offence to the other reviews on this post office but have you ever been to a different post office before? This is a small town post office designed for the volume of visitors a small town receives. They are closed for lunch. The service is great and even when there is a line (never more than 2 ahead of you) they are fast and friendly. Kimberton/Yellow Springs is just as great. I'm thankful for a nearby small town post office.”

“I love this location, it’s fast and efficient, if there is a small line it always moves along quickly. In particular there is one worker who is outstanding, always super friendly and helpful. I’m always confident in the handling of my items when I see them working. Above and beyond honestly, they bring a quality level of customer service that frankly you just usually don’t ever see from a usps location or employee. Top notch.”

“Never knew this USPS was here. Had to find the closest office to send my package. I should have read the reviews first to learn that this USPS is a manual one (never knew these existed hehe), which means they don't have a computer system, so no scanning whatsoever. As I needed my prepaid label scanned, I had to go to another USPS - the next closest is 4 minutes away at Thornton (behind Bierhaus). The young lady was nice and helpful. I am unsure the reason for this USPS location, when it doesn't have a computer system, but the location and building is very quaint. The building is right next to a railroad and the entrance is on the rail side.”

“I misplaced my receipt for a package that should have been delivered overnight. It was delivered a day late. Because I didn’t have the tracking number, I couldn’t get information on where the package was. The post office employee named John went above and beyond to research the package tracking number by searching transactions of all the overnight deliveries from thst office using my sisters address along with the amount I paid, how I paid, the date and time of the transaction! I purposely chose that office out of the 3 I’m my area I could have visited because I have always received pleasant, timely, and expert service! This transaction experience was exceptional! Thank you John for making my day locating the tracking number and information on the delivery. It was a day late but that wasn’t due to John’s efforts! He put it on the truck himself the evening of the day I sent it. I’ll blame it on the gov shutdown!”
“My employer was having issues with getting addresses corrected for all the businesses on our campus. I spoke with Frank, Administrative Supervisor and he was very helpful and had the problem solved with in 24 hours. Frank dispatched Tony, Maintenance, out and he was able to install new mailboxes with the post office locks. Again with 24 hours. Both of these gentlemen were professional and courteous each time I spoke with them.”

“I seldom write reviews, but let me tell you I have been absolutely amazed by Mark’s professionalism. Every time I’ve been in, the place has been packed. He’s had a line all the way to the door, but he has communicated so clearly and so kindly with that line letting everyone know exactly where he’s at how much longer it will be and quickly addresses issues that he can fix easily to speed things along for everyone. Seriously this man deserves a raise. So much respect for Mark. ?”
“I go out of my way to come here because the service is so much better than any local post office. Gary at the front desk is quite literally always there and is so friendly… it feels like he knows everyone in town. You can always find parking within a block or so to quickly run inside. Just wish their hours were longer. Also if your review is complaining about CALLING the post office you are obviously not up with the times on how short staffed they are. Don’t expect an answer just go by in person”

“While our favorite postman, Bob Hummel, has been on vacation our substitute postman Whitney has been an amazing professional friendly and sincere carrier. He even remembered every day he delivered the mail a treat for our dog who loves to greet the mailman every day with a friendly tail wag. Sure hope when Bob has a day off or vacation we are able to have Whitney. We love Bob but understand he needs a day off and vacation so when Bob can’t deliver the mail the next best is Whitney. Both men are fantastic.”
