They have jumpsuits, lenghas, blouses, jewelry, indowestern, men’s kurtas and much more! And their inventory is constantly being updated so a few weeks later when I went back they had different styles to look at! I will definitely be back and I have already told one of my friends who bought an outfit from them as well!Also the girls working there are beyond nice and accommodating. Best Indian boutique in the area!”

“Nova is the best! I ordered pants online and when they arrived, found out they didn’t fit correctly. I made the mistake of not emailing to return immediately and by the time I got around to it, my return window had closed. I reached out to customer service, who said there was nothing they could do. As a last effort I visited the the exton store and spoke to Nova. She said she could provide store credit and then helped me get the right size and type of replacement pants, even ordering them for me online. Could not have been a better experience. I went into the Exton Mall for the first time in forever, after just one or two minutes of being inside, I thought there may have been a nuclear apocalypse. But then I went into Hot topic and there is the grooviest, coolest person on the planet, Luka. No matter what you're doing in the abandoned rubble of what used to be the Exton mall, make sure you stop in and see Luka, she will make your day. ??❤️??”

“You can find some great deals here. Cheaper than other discount stores. Quality "dress t-shirts" were $7 to $10 at Marshalls, $2.99 at Gabe's. I found basic slacks for $9.99, faded Levi's jeans for $14.99 and a summer jacket for $12.99! Some stuff is irregular, but a lot isn't. They have home goods, electronics, furniture, etc.”

“First off I want to Thank Lauren S. for EVERYTHING that she did for me!! I ordered my stuff online for it to be delivered to my house, however, it got lost in transit like most of our orders so when I called customer service they gave me 20% off cuz I shopped on cyber Mon then I had to place the order again online for curbside pickup, which was a bit of a headache since they didn’t have everything that I wanted. Customer service said that I had to place the order online in order to get the extra 50% off for all of the aggravation! Which in the end would’ve worked out! When I got to the Exton store Lauren S. helped me out right away with helping me to find the rest of my order and then helped me again with looking for everything else that I wanted! She went way out of her way to be there for me! I looked around by myself for a little cuz I wanted to grab a couple of other items and she kept checking on me, asking me if I needed any help or if I had any questions! Not only that, at the end when I was ready to check out she hopped right onto a register and got me 64% off of my entire order!! I made out so well that I actually felt like a weight was lifted off of my shoulders and I could actually enjoy my holiday now!! Thank you for everything Lauren S., I really really appreciate EVERYTHING that you did for me today! For going above and beyond everything and making sure that I had a great experience with Old Navy!! You’re the best!!”

“Located in the heart of the Exton and very close to the Pottstown pike and Lincoln Highway. They have plenty of parking and now Sephora is open too at this location. They have a good collection of seasonal dress, shoes and home essentials too. I go to this location primarily for clothing and home essentials and have done some formal shoes shopping in the past too. The cost seems high but you will be able to get coupons in their app or via emails or sites too which will give better value for the buy. They do have Amazon drop off location for returns the service is pretty fast. The staff here is always friendly and willing to assist us in need.”

“Busy store which means to me people are shopping here for Christmas . Did have 4 cashiers on a Tuesday afternoon. Coupons are all in my wallet that the store can pull up on the computer. They do have discounts marked throughout the store. A cashier explained if not coupon eligible the item will be marked above them on the pricing signs. Like shopping here especially for undergarments and linens. My husband always purchases his exercise sneakers on line for this store. One other thing is that recently have been there for Nine West tops. Try it the pricing is very good.”

I went in expecting the worst from all of the negative comments, but alas I was pleasantly surprised! “I did not want to miss the opportunity to recognize two of the most patient, kind and helpful Customer Service Associates.I made a couple purchases in the Men’s department for my husband during the holiday season. Unfortunately, the sizes were off and I needed to exchange them for the right size. However, even though it is totally unlike me, I tossed the receipts. Soooo… upstairs personnel explained they could not make an exchange without evidence that I had purchased them, especially since I had also taken the items out of their original packaging prior to wrapping them in holiday wrap. Understanding fully the reasoning I headed to Customer Service downstairs. Sidney, the associate there tried finding the purchase on the computer based on dates I had given her. Unfortunately, for what ever the reason she could not locate the transaction. Another associate by the name of Joanne was in ear shot snd came over to help. Both of these ladies spent at least 20 minutes trying to find proof of my purchase while no making me feel bad or even thinking that I might be retuning stolen goods. They worked tediously trying to find ways of finding the info needed. Both Sidney & Joanne put me at ease with light conversation in between looking, never giving up on the search. Finally, they were able to find the purchase and allow me to exchange everything for the right size. They exhibited extreme patience and smiles the entire time. Their Customer Service was amazing!! They never gave up and did not let me get frustrated and walk away and give up ether. Macy, thanks for providing your employees with excellent customer service skills. Kudos to Sidney & Joanne!”
