“I've come here a bunch over the last few years while I've been in school and everybody is always nice and chill. They tend to have one of everything, including niche bands and albums you wouldn't expect. They've special ordered a few vinyls for me bc I didn't want to go through Amazon or another big store, and they text when it's there (usually quicker than expected). Overall, solid”

“This store is so amazing. My teen daughter wanted to try Plato's closet next door and we fell love with both stores. As a plus size women I often struggle in second hand stores but this store is so well organized. It is stuffed with merchandise and it takes time to look at everything but the ladies here work hard to keep it well organized by categories and size. So many purses and shoes and accessories. We were lucky to catch a 5 dollar bag sale so we filled that and then found some other items. My husband even found something from their Men's section. And there was a 90% off a lot of jewelry when we went.”

Nice outerwear for men and boys at outstanding prices and Christmas decor at great prices. The store is neat and clearly organized so customers should be able to easily locate what they need and the customer service was great.”
“I just purchased a commuter coat from lands end & I have to say it is wonderful! It’s extremely cold here in PA. The coat keeps me really warm. I have to take my dogs out multiple times a day & this coat has made it a lot less terrible. It’s well made & I like the color. Having the hood is great too. Keeps my neck warm. “Plato’s Closet in Exton is easily one of the best Plato’s Closet locations I’ve visited due to its size and selection.
This location is massive compared to others I’ve been to, but despite the large inventory, the store still feels organized and easy to shop. The racks are spaced out nicely, so browsing doesn’t feel cramped or overwhelming. It’s also conveniently located next to Style Encore, which makes it easy to visit both stores in one trip.
I can’t comment too much on the customer service, as it wasn’t particularly memorable one way or the other. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, but I also didn’t have any negative interactions during my visit.
Pricing seemed consistent with other Plato’s Closet locations, and I appreciated the dedicated racks for specific brands like Lululemon, which made shopping easier. One pleasant surprise was learning that locations appear to share the same rewards system, as I was able to use an earned $5 coupon despite never having visited this particular store before.
Overall, this location is definitely worth visiting for the variety and organization alone. I’m looking forward to returning when I have more time to browse through the extensive inventory.”
