“Great shop with great employees. Worth the drive. Staff was nice and welcoming the moment we walked in the door. Prices were great too, with a huge inventory of clothing and accessories for kids and babies. Kids up to a size 14. Toys and shoes too. Everything was very organized and on hangers, so made it super easy to shop. You can also sell too. Very clean and quality items. Got a really good deal! Plan on returning.”

“Staff are always super friendly. Nice selection in the store. However, if you receive a gift and try to return it without a receipt, you can return it that day and need to spend it right there. Don't really like that policy. You can order online and have it shipped to the store. I think they need to have parking outside for pregnant moms.”

“First off I want to Thank Lauren S. for EVERYTHING that she did for me!! I ordered my stuff online for it to be delivered to my house, however, it got lost in transit like most of our orders so when I called customer service they gave me 20% off cuz I shopped on cyber Mon then I had to place the order again online for curbside pickup, which was a bit of a headache since they didn’t have everything that I wanted. Customer service said that I had to place the order online in order to get the extra 50% off for all of the aggravation! Which in the end would’ve worked out! When I got to the Exton store Lauren S. helped me out right away with helping me to find the rest of my order and then helped me again with looking for everything else that I wanted! She went way out of her way to be there for me! I looked around by myself for a little cuz I wanted to grab a couple of other items and she kept checking on me, asking me if I needed any help or if I had any questions! Not only that, at the end when I was ready to check out she hopped right onto a register and got me 64% off of my entire order!! I made out so well that I actually felt like a weight was lifted off of my shoulders and I could actually enjoy my holiday now!! Thank you for everything Lauren S., I really really appreciate EVERYTHING that you did for me today! For going above and beyond everything and making sure that I had a great experience with Old Navy!! You’re the best!!”

“I was at Lands’ End yesterday and I must say the store is in pristine condition and the workers are very friendly. I went in expecting the worst from all of the negative comments, but alas I was pleasantly surprised! Everything is easy to identify: prices, what things are, and the various sections (petite, plus, missy, kids, and men’s)! Very clean, very nice. Will be back soon for sure! Keep up the great work”
