Gave me sound advice so got a replacement vehicle, dealership messed up and sold me a vehicle under the guise that it was operational without covering/solving issues with the master cylinder. John and everybody at the shop were extremely helpful and transparent and helped me wage a case against the dealership with the information and pictures they provided of the issues. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I’ve never had a better experience with an auto shop.”

“Honest and fast paced.
My tire had a 1 inch slice in it and unfortunately wouldn’t hold air for more than a few hours, I drove with a flat to the nearest gas station and of course it ruined my tire. They tried to patch it but to safety issues with me driving on the flat they were unable to. They showed and explained to me what happened and I got practically a brand new tire for $40. Win win.”

“My scion tc runs great am driving driving along and oil light comes on and off took it too kosttire and laserlube did not tighten the knob under car so I been leaking oil and kosttire gave me a free oil change thank you Quinn the mechanic fix my car and laserlube no good they have cheaper prices but poor work 100%if you want your oil too leak just take your car too laserlube.i will be bringing my car kosttire nice workers there”

“Woody was very helpful and accommodating. My wife's car needed an inspection and I did not have an appointment. Woody and his mechanics were already busy with other customers and wasn't sure if he could get to it. Woody said he would call if anything came available. About an hour later Woody called and said he would be able to fit in the inspection. During the inspection the mechanics found a bad ball joint and had to be replaced. Woody gave me a quote that was more than reasonable. Woody went above and beyond to make his customers feel like family.

“I had blown a tire on my car on the road and I needed a replacement to make it home. I called a few places and they all said that they could only get one for the next day. I finally called Smertz and they said it would take them 1 1/2 hrs to get it and that they could get me in in about 3 hours to replace the tire. It was done and the even charged me a fair price for the tire and the balancing. I was able to get home later that day and make my appointment thanks to the people at Smertz.”

“First time going here. Brought a car that I just bought 3 weeks prior for inspection. The car was brought in the bay withing 20 minutes of arriving and withing 45 minutes of that it was finished. The Gentlemen there will not hassle you over things your car does not need. I tried to see if he would bite on replacing some parts that I knew I just replaced but he didn't bite. He just gave me my stickers and went on to the next vehicle. If only every shop didnt take advantage of you needing stickers to drive your car legally. 10/10. Great service and Trustworthy.”

“I was referred to Tom Promovitz, needing to find out why my truck was wearing out steer tires. He answered the phone, was prompt & to the point. Got my truck in the next day, ordered the parts for the next day, & repaired that day. The bill was surprisingly low compared to what I was expecting. He overall did an excellent job! “Always a great experience with the team up in Eynon. I get my oil changes here religiously, but came in after Subaru quoted me thousands for my 60k mile service. I knew I ag least defintely needed new brakes and wipers but the team ran me through each item that was inspected by the dealership and after doing their own inspection, ran through all of the items with me with pricing and made it very clear that I could go without some of the items as well. It’s hard to find honest mechanic shops but Kost has always been great to me!”
