They not only are very thorough with making sure your car gets fixed and back to you in a timely manor but Kris talks with you through the whole process and keeps you informed on what's going on she goes above and beyond. When you go to Brian's Auto you are not just a number or dollar signs they treat you and take care of you as if they have known you forever. BEST PLACE AND SHOULD BE THE ONLY PLACE YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLES.”

“Went to try and diagnose a sound my car was making. It of course didnt do it when we went for a drive. He was so patient gave great suggestions and didnt even charge me for the half hr we drove around. If it becomes more constant I'll def go c him again! So very nice! And helpful!”
