“Me and my partner went to this establishment in hopes of getting some of our jewelry fixed. We were not disappointed! They were very professional. They were very patient with us as we requested to try on different necklaces they had on display. We got 2 necklaces fixed along with a pair of hoop earrings. Although you can see the welding mark on the earrings, they're still functioning, so no worries there. The price was appropriate, $75 to get 3 pieces fixed. Gold is high now, so it's understandable. I would recommend anyone come to this establishment. We will defenitly be back soon!”
“The clasp on my huggie earrings wasn't clasping tightly so I took it into Marvin Scott to see if it could be repaired. He straightened the post with his fingers and didn't charge me anything. “Was trying to find a perfume made in Ireland as a last minute gift. Although the shop had closed for the evening I figured I would call anyway and was told they had just closed but they would wait for me so I could get the item I needed. Absolutely incredible customer service especially in this day and age. When I arrived I found the door locked but was welcomed into a wonderful treasure trove of Irish goods and other items anyway. Although it was after hours I was even offered complimentary gift wrapping for the items I purchased.
