“So like I said, I WILL travel for food. This particular Wegmans is an hour and half away. We drive here about once a month and bring our coolers. The extensive selection of fresh produce and prepared food is always consistent in quality. Not to mention the friendly and helpful staff just makes it worth the drive. If you get a chance to try the lemon raspberry cake it is to die for. It is seasonal so be sure to call ahead at the beginning of spring.”

“I frequent this store when I am in town. Last week I happened to stop in and was buying some necessities. I was having difficulty accessing my money within my accounts. For several minutes during checkout, I was taking things off, adding them on, trying to use this payment method, or that payment method. It was frankly quite embarrassing, because I couldnt figure out what I had to spend and where it was. (Plus I was dividing the payment methods between cash and card, which also makes it more hassle.) Michelle, my cashier was so helpful, patient, and sweet. I couldn't have asked for a better attendant to help me anywhere. I have certainly been through those situations before, although on the opposite side, working in the service industry, and it takes a certain type of person to be able to handle those moments with grace, ingenuity, and with empathy. This woman was all of those, and more. Most customers become extremely embarrassed and flustered when faced with moments of insecurity. MICHELLE was the reason I was able to not become overwhelmed and horrified in such a moment of instability. Thank you so much Michelle, you are an angel, and I appreciate the competence you displayed within your field and many times, the under appreciated empathetic and humanizing qualities you naturally displayed and offered me that day. You sincerely are one of the best! I hope that your strengths and leadership are recognized more often. You are a role model to those around you...co-workers and customers alike. People will learn from the examples that you set. I always tell people, in order to teach or help most people with anything, you must "live by example." The reason for that is because...words can be said, but actions always speak louder. You are that woman always speaking with her actions.”

“I like this Country Fair in Albion a lot better than the one in Meadville. They have a deli with meats on sale that's often competitive with local grocery stores. The staff is friendly and they have a wider selection of vegetables for their subs and salads than most other Country Fairs.”

“Clean and very organized store. Produce selection is great, and there bakery is awesome. The Italian, and garlic Italian bread is made fresh every day and is just so tasty! The woman in charge of the cheese department really knows her stuff, and is always so very helpful! She actually knows what I'm asking for when I ask for creme fresh! Also, the staff in the seafood and meat department are just great! Always helpful and friendly. The pharmacy is also so wonderful! They get you in and out so fast, answer all your questions, and are very helpful. I've used this pharmacy for 7 years now. All the store staff is always great and very helpful, and if they are not too busy they will actually walk with you to the isle and spot where the item is that you're looking for, great customer service ?”

“The first time shopping here and the cashier was phenomenal. Every cashier I've ever had at this store is always angry, doesn't engage in any convos, not helpful and just very unpleasant but this cashier was very upbeat, helpful kind and respectful. She deserves to be recognized In some way. Pay raise, paid vacation days, health insurance, ect. Since COVID dollar general has the worst time having any employees, the employees they do have are very overworked, underpaid. They have to be full front end cashier, customer service, but they are expected to be all over the store unpacking the truck shipments that are so backed up, and watch for any customers ready to cash out. The better management treats their employees the better the employees will work for you.”

“Good store, will be sorry to see them leave Edinboro. Seems the corporation places high profits above serving the communities the stores are located in. Only reason for 4 stars is, as usual, there were multiple pricing errors during checkout. Word of advice, if you are going to put out a print ad as well as having the ad listed on the website, you should make sure your registers are set to have the correct prices. What is even more frustrating is having members of store management argue you that it's a are not on sale that are clearly in their print ad”

“Was charged wrong per pound for my cheese and the manager tried to turn it around on me and say there were two types of Swiss cheese. Unhappy I told her forget it as i already ran my card. Ordered a breakfast burrito and then told there was no breakfast burrito mix, also after i paid. The deli offered to make this with a different protein, I Said ok, bacon and got sausage. I'm giving 5 stars because the manager came to me and said I was charged wrong and fixed it, the cashier was friendly and my sub was in fact, very good. This staff made an extremely great effort to make sure I didn't leave Unhappy and although time consuming since I was working ... I was satisfied. It's rare in these times to find staff willing to care”
