“I am a soup snob….. Absolutely the BEST sou! I have never tried one that I didn’t like. Cream of mushroom, cheeseburger and loaded gnocchi are my favorite. Sourdough bread yummm also! Very nice employees that are professional and courteous.”
“Jarren and aaron are the dream crew here, super helpful and intuitive they seem like they don’t just have their best interest in mind but the customers”
“What a great little corner market in Erie, Pa! Fresh made salads, different types of sausage & city chicken! They even had produce which was a surprise! Super n8ce folks will take care of you as well! If you live in Erie, you already know!”
“I love this store This is the second time that we came. Each time was a welcoming experience . Ali Was very nice and shared the products in the store with Us telling what each were for if we were unfamiliar with them. Tonight I’m getting ingredients for falafel sandwiches Looking forward to it. Thanks”

“Great deals on a lot of grocery products. Food is of great quality too! I always pick up chicken and sausage tortellini! Of course you cannot forget the Aisle of Shame!”
“We got antipasta salad, meat and cheese tray and a veggie tray for a reunion. Everything was fantastic, their meat and cheese tray had huge pieces and everyone loved it. From taking my order to pickup everyone was right on top of things and very friendly. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.”

“I really enjoy shopping at ALDI for my weekly groceries. Their selection is fantastic, and I find that I can always get high-quality staples for a fraction of what I would pay at a typical supermarket. I really appreciate their rotating seasonal items and special buys, which make every trip feel like a bit of a treasure hunt. The store is efficient to navigate, and even when it's busy, the checkout process is impressively fast.”

“What a great store! But to be honest, I drove from Youngstown to Erie to get an apple pie for my Birthday. It was disappointing. The crust was ok, the filling had a great flavor but it was dry. The first Wegmans I stopped at didn’t even have any apple pies. They had some in the oven but refused to sell me one until later that night.”
“The best butcher in Erie Pa!! My family, literally, won't eat meat from anywhere else. They are the best. Can't beat their prices and their staff is always friendly and helpful!!!”

“We were visiting Erie and staying in an Airbnb, and shopping for groceries in an unfamiliar town can sometimes be a bit of a gamble. With Wegmans, we hit the jackpot.
Wegmans really should be the blueprint for grocery stores. The store was clean, bright, easy to navigate, and filled with beautiful displays of fresh food and produce. It genuinely made grocery shopping feel enjoyable.
It always adds to our vacation experience when we can find a store that carries the foods we like, is easy to get around, and doesn’t make everything feel complicated with a club card requirement.
Thanks, Wegmans—and please consider opening a store in Pella, Iowa! :-)”
“We stopped here recently. One of the owners waited on us.
This is a very interesting store if you like European food. Make sure you have time to browse.”
“We pre ordered pans of food for our party. Lobster Lasagna(didn't realize that was a dish) Beef lasagna, stuffed shells, baked ziti and a tub of peanut butter cookie dough. I saved the lobster for the next day as a birthday dinner for my folks. So much cheese and lobster! It was sooo delicious! I didn't want the pan to end. The other pans were loaded with cheese and the perfect amount of sauce. Everything was a big hit. The cookie dough was very creamy and baked very well. I am definitely using them again and highly recommend their food.”
“This is a locally owned family business since I was a child. The staff is always friendly and they will cut your meat for you if you want it. Butchers are on staff and they have great sales on everything. Their quality of meats and deli items and bakery are exceptional.”
“Love planet fitness most of the staff friendly and no issues. There was a female employee standing outside the mens room in a vulnerable position for the men with phone in hand when i approached her i was met with an attitude. It was reported to another staff member and they assured me it would be elevated to which I requested a call back and never heard anything but subsequently canceled my membership. People deserve respect and dignity no matter the gender.”

“I only shop at Giant Eagle if I need something quick or just need to get a few things. The prices are getting way to high for me to be able to do all my grocery shopping here. It's nice tho because you can get money off in gas if you go to get go. But we don't have many getgo places.”
“Best selection of vegetarian and vegan choices, locally sourced fresh produce, a beautiful bulk section that allows your own glass jars, fantastic adjacent café that always has several vegetarian and vegan options on both the soup and sandwich menu. AND it is a coop with a beautiful mission. Rainbow Grocery in San Francisco is the reference and the gold standard of grocery stores (huge, local produce and completely vegetarian). When I moved back to the Midwest I was sure happy to find Erie Food Coop! Updated from previous review on 2026-07-15”

“I shop here when I need to get lotsa groceries! They always have real fresh fruits and vegetables! They are way fresher than Walmart or Giant Eagle in my opinion. The hamburger is also cheaper here then Walmart. They may have some non name brand things but it doesn't really matter with some stuff. But make sure you take a quarter to put into the shopping cart. And bring your own bags or you will have to buy them for I think 25 cents now they were only like 10 cents.”

“Amazing European market with a great selection of authentic foods you don’t usually find anywhere else. The food was fresh and delicious, and everything looked well organized and clean. The owner was very friendly, welcoming, and clearly cares about customers and quality. It’s a great place to grab coffee, snacks, or specialty European items. Definitely one of my favorite spots to visit—highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area!”

“My first time being in this particular store. They previous Save A Lot store closed. Which has me scrambling to find a new store and nearby!! Quick Google search brought me here and I am so glad it did!! I will be a repeat customer for sure!!”
“I contacted the store and spoke with Eddie. I inquired about the McCormick finishing sugars. He said you had not received them yet but he took my number to call me when they came in. I really didn’t think he would, but he did! Eddie went above and beyond. Great customer service.”
“After being told at the 12th Street Giant Eagle that they were unable to ice six cupcakes with whipped cream frosting — while other cupcakes were actively being decorated — I called the Giant Eagle on Interchange and spoke with Lillian in the bakery department. Within 15 minutes, she had six beautifully iced and decorated cupcakes ready for a last-minute Mother’s Day surprise for my grandmother.
Lillian was beyond kind, accommodating, and professional from the moment she answered the phone. She didn’t hesitate to help, treated the situation with genuine care, and completely turned my stressful last-minute situation around. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or dismissive, Lillian truly stood out. Her attitude, efficiency, and willingness to go above and beyond deserve major recognition.
Because of Lillian, I will absolutely continue doing business with the Interchange Giant Eagle bakery and recommending it to others. Employees like her are rare, and Giant Eagle is lucky to have her. She deserves all the praise — and honestly, a raise!”

Lots of parking:)
Spacious parking lot, and accessible pumps.”
“Dillon went above and beyond what anybody would ever do for somebody. We were in desperate need of help on our journey to Michigan. Dillon took time to make sure we were safe and sound. This gas station was amazing and had everything we needed. The kind soul of Dillon will never be forgotten.”
“This is a nice store but last time I was in here the name felt a little misleading. Like 90% of the merchandise was Ukrainian and Greek and that’s technically international. I did get some of the Konti Bonnour desserts you can see in the photos, the blueberry ones - mascarpone chocolates that are good and maybe some pineapple drink. Worth a shot though, they have some nice items.”

“A very good and convenient place to get asian groceries and vegetables. Vegetables arrive every week and the groceries are also stocked up well. Very friendly and helpful people.
The only thing I feel missing is the fresh meat section.”
“Overall, it is a fantastic destination if you are looking for top-tier meats and a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere that has been a staple of Erie for decades.”
