“Well, I don't have the words to truly capture the level of professionalism, knowledge, and patience I experienced with Bill. What a gentlemen, I have ZERO knowledge in purchasing a structural beam and all that goes with it. Bill took the time to explain, he drew a diagram, and made sure I had the right stuff, i.e., hangers and nails, etc. There's so much more than just purchasing, there's measurements and calculations, instructional information, and in my case a verification with a structure engineer. “The dollar general that shows is very clean, it's not cluttered like most of the Dollar General's. This one here most of the employees are pleasant and helpful when assistance is needed. This particular Dollar General usually has their shelved stocked. Nothing like the dollar ghetto General located on sunset rd, Burlington.
