“I visited Auger today and had the best experience ever after going to a couple different stores in the area earlier in the day. I have never owned a firearm and have very limited experience with handling one, and even less knowledge so I went in knowing close to nothing at all. The previous two stores i went to felt uncomfortable and cold, the employees were pretty patronizing towards me. When i came here, there was a handful of guys working, they were all SO helpful, knowledgeable, and personable/fun to talk to! They all really took the time to give me great knowledge regarding all my different options for my specific needs, going over pros/cons, even how to disassemble each option and the basic parts and functions of different products including ammo. I wasn’t planning on purchasing anything today but i felt so confident in what i decided on after the almost hour they spent with me that i ended up purchasing! There was no pressure at all from the team there to buy, which was the opposite experience i had at other stores. They even have a wonderful no interest layaway program. As a young woman with no knowledge of guns i was really nervous to shop around, so i really appreciate everyone here being so kind and welcoming and actually caring! I’ll be coming here for all my needs going forward.”

“Fixed everything and beyond for my R700 AIAX. The other shop dicked me around for three months and didn’t do anything, but 360 got it done not only within a month with new parts, new barrel, and new paint, but also trued my action, tightened all bolts within specs, etc. overall extremely satisfied and would come back in a heart beat!”

“Excellent service by Eugene and Sal. Second time Sal quickly removed the broken screws from my slide. This time it was two of them after the optic flew off and hit me in the head. Only 6700 rounds on the screws. Think it was caused by the plate.

“I am not Sure why so many bad reviews, However I went to this location and my Sales associate Kia really help me out a lot from the time I walked in until the time I checked out. Same thing when my items were ready for pick up. Kia is very knowledgeable about things in the store and even checked the other locations for one of my items. Anyone who has a not so pleasant experience next time before you go and see if Kia is working at that time.”
