“I was traveling alone, far from home in the recent deep freeze, when my tire light came on. Husband told me to go to Firestone. For starters, I was already in the computer system. They checked my tires, and determined I just needed air. I was also able to get much-needed windshield wipers. My two walk-in service needs were taken care of in no time and I was prepared to start my long drive home. Thank you!”

“Not sure where to start. Don't think I've had such a pleasant experience ever in my life. Considering popping a tire to get back in here sometime soon LOL! The employees are so happy to help, so accommodating. I came in with a slow leak in my work Transit Van. wasn't sure if I needed a plug or new tire since I'm hauling heavy loads. The women in the front was so sweet to have me come back in an hour since they were so busy. Put my name in even though I wasn't sure I could make it back. I did make it back and they took my van right in to check it out.I get called up within 30 mins and the man in the front said It was just a nail they plugged it and he said it's on us- happy new year! How kind and amazing of a company to do that when they didn't have to. So appreciated and grateful for the team at tire city!! Will forever recommend and return any chance I get.Thank you all!!!”

Patched my tires quick and easy and definitely charge me the cheapest rate too. Recently got a new tire from my car dealership but it was losing air but they checked it out for me right away. The staff is also super friendly and helpful, they really do their best to help me out! Definitely recommend this mavis!”

“I have written reviews in the past, but this is an extra special, long overdue review. United Tire in Willow Grove PA deserves TEN STARS!! I have had almost all of my cars repaired here for years and years; way back to the early 1980s (a couple of owners ago). Chuck, Dave, Travis, John, Tony and all of the mechanics are great. Being a female, it is scary to bring your car to a mechanic. These guys were always respectful, extremely knowledgeable, kind, soft spoken, explained everything to me---and competent etc. My cars were always repaired correctly the first time; but if there was a time to get double-checked, they always welcomed and accommodated me. A year and a half ago-2022, I needed to start leasing, per my sister's suggestion; getting older and didn't want to have to worry anymore about repairs.
