The Felton office was rather empty when I visited in the middle of the day. The clerk was able to help me with a shipment I was making. Made my transaction smooth.

Access hours and access to (2) PO boxes are not conducive to my business schedule.

I get other peoples mail and sometimes my mail gets lost I've lived here for 13 years they should know who lives here by now . I also have had a package delivered to the wrong address and they never found it .I never got a refund.
