Still the staff always maintain their grace.The U.S. Postal Staff answer all inquires from mailing options to costs of postage globally to tracking capability.The Post Office also process Passports through scheduling appointments online.As well, the Shrewsbury, PA branch sells/ offers a varoety of stamps whether for use or for those who are bonafide Philatelists.”

I mentioned what I thought was correct and she responded very rudely back to me which makes me not want to go there anymore. Sometimes being kind can be a better choice even though the other person misunderstood the question.”

“I had to ship something out for an exchange and I am terrible with QR codes, bar codes, shipping/mailing & all that jazz! The lady working the counter was super nice and did not make me feel stupid for not knowing what I needed to ship my package out. She directed me where I needed to go and then kindly processed my exchange the next day!”
