“I had to stop in because my truck check engine light came on and it was a weekend and my great mechanic is closed.
They are always great these men who work here. Not only did they come out right away. I was talking with the gentleman who helped me and at the same time I overheard the next employee telling a customer he had gotten the wrong windshield wipers for his vehicle, but could get them a lot less expensive for better quality. Now that's a smart man. Who wouldn't go back if you save money.
This auto zone also has a wide variety of supplies.”
“I recently moved into the area and was welcomed with a deer hitting my SUV! Insurance covered the repair and one of the approved shops was Whitenight. My vehicle went into the shop beginning of May and I had a rental car from insurance for the duration of the repair. Dave did not even charge me the deductible, for which I was very appreciative.When the vehicle was done, they cleaned the car up (interior/exterior) nicer than it was before. I also had them repair a wheel bearing issue separate from the deer hit. Dave called me recently, a couple weeks after the final repair to ask how the vehicle was running.The insurance repair took longer than I thought it would (about 1 month total). This due largely to waiting for parts to arrive from dealers.My only complaint would be that when I called to get updates, it was uncommon to get a hold of Dave immediately, and a return phone call sometimes didn't happen.Overall, Whitenight does great work and I would recommend them, with the caveat that you may need to exercise patience. But good things come to those who wait for them.Service: Body & Trim”

“I usually don't have anything positive to say about Walmart. That being said, I have nothing but praise for the tire center in Halethorpe. Well mostly praise. I bought a full set of tires about 3 months ago the price wasn't bad. I was very happy with most of the service. I asked the to put the donut back in the proper place because I'm handicapped and have a hard time doing so. They didn't do it. But I worked it out myself. Anyway about a week after my purchase I hit a curb and busted one of my new tires. I had the insurance but I knew it wouldn't be covered because of the location of the the damage on the tire. Well the manager over rode the decision and the they ended up replacing my tire for $8.99. The girl genuinely felt bad for me. I wish I could remember her named. What a seller employee she really went the extra mile!!!!”

“Just purchased a 2023 Audi Q5. One of the best vehicle purchases I've experienced. Josh, the salesman was amazing from the moment we drove onto the lot the other day up until purchase. Very attentive and did the best to service me. This was also the most painless purchase I've ever made, was in and out within a half hour. The only dealership I know that will pick you up to purchase / drive home the vehicle along with picking up your car for service and dropping off a loaner. That's keeping the customer in mind!
