“Bought the boudin to check and see how they do with it. Pretty good stuff. Plenty spicy enough for those not used to it (I am from Louisiana and have ate it all my life). The only thing I would suggest is a shade more rice in the mixture. Lee it up then start loading some with pepperjack cheese, that’s bad to the bone!”
