“This is the only dollar general in the area that is usually stocked, open during business hours, and is neat and clean. Matt is very professional and helpful, definitely a great employee and a great store.”

“Awesome store kept clean but I hope they do keep their toy isle more nice organized with put their clearance items on a nice shelf but Jocelyn always makes me feel happy and comfortable with very friendly helpful and she always makes my heart feel incredible with I do plan onto doing a painting design of her favorite thing for her from me as a good customer”

“As an SF resident, we all know how costly CA is to live in, especially in the big cities! No such thing as $1 no more, but this shop rocks! Many items for almost all of your needs & at very reasonable prices ! Fruit juices by Jumex is just $1.25 but in Walgreens in Sf are $1.69 + the ridiculous extra taxes. This place makes Grocery Outlet seem costly. The only downsides is the fact that items run out fast & it can get disorganized.”

“Jason and Jimbo are Gold Star employees. They do a great job and are very helpful, kind and Very hard working. It is always a pleasure to go in and see their smiling faces. Corp needs to give these guys a BIG raise and promotion. They truly deserve it.Thanks so much, you are really appreciated.”

5253 Library Road, South Park Rd Shops, Bethel Park PA 15102
“I enjoy going to this store during the day when the employees are nicer. It only gets 4 stars because During the evenings, there’s a cashier named holly who has dark hair and glasses who stands up front and gives everyone dirty looks or gives people a hard time when she’s ringing people out. Save yourself and go to the self checkout so it won’t be an inconvenience for any worker there. It’s a hit or a miss with employees there, but the misery level needs to be separated from the work life. I like the prices for stuff there otherwise.”

“Love it here has Christmas bags at a low cost lady at register real friendly glad there's a store at the end of town so I don't have to drive into town”
-
324 Towne Square Way, Brentwood PA 15227
“Went to the Dollar Tree at Brentwood Plaza today. The store seems to have a lot of new faces and they are guys and seem happy to be there or were having a good day. It was busy as this store normally is and they were keeping the lines moving and smiling and talking to the customers all at the same time. I have not been at the store in a few weeks, it does seem like the aisles are getting a bit narrow or it could just be me...more that likely it's me. I am still always able to find what I need whether it's candy, food, dog stuff or house hold things.”

-
Mon Valley Shopping Center, 301 Donner Ave, Monessen PA 15062
“Items are going up in price, but this is a wide variety store! They're fast at checking you out, honor their signs unlike the Dollar General not far down the road. This is much better to buy from, than the Dollar General down the road because that store fails to honor their very own store 'sale signs' and refuses to give the sale prices when advertised. Was a manager with clean, proper sale signage and she refused to give the sale properly there. This store is the best in the area of Monessen for a wide variety of items”

2116 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh PA 15210
“A great addition to Carrick, but at the same time just another junk shop. It would be nice if it was better organized and maintained. We need more stores like this in this area that provide everyday products at good prices, however; we don't need more stores that just pile in product and don't care what kind of people come in to the store nor care how they behave when they're there. We need law & order, and we need organization, bottom line is that we need better stores and stores with pride. And, I'm not NOT not talking about rainbow ? pride, I'm talking about good old fashioned American ???? pride!I think overall this store will do well here, especially if they hire well. Time will tell. Hopefully, with the friendly and competent staff that they have thus far they will be able to prosper, but I worry about the hurdles they will face with the crime we have seen spiral out of control in the last few years.Shop Safe ??️????”

-

“Today I want to thank Debbie for her help, I had been to 5 other Dollar general stores looking for a slip n slide they said they had, but didn't, so I started calling other dollar general stores and she found one and held it for me. Thank you Debbie so much.”
-
2417 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh PA 15210
“There's a handful of Dollar Generals within 10 minutes from me and this one is my second favorite, probably because it's still a newer one. Its more stocked than some others but not as stocked as the Baldwin one. They also tend to close at random times like other Dollar Generals which can be annoying”
-
105 Wilson Rd, Bentleyville PA 15314
“If you have been to a Dollar General before you know what to expect but this one didn't have the merchandise on the floor. This place was clean, and the workers were flendly.”
-
1555 Washington Blvd, McKeesport PA 15133
“I was just in there and the staff are so nice. The fact that they are understaffed is a corporate issue! It is not the cashiers, shelve stocker or any of the other people that work there’s fault. They are doing great and I WILL ABSOLUTELY BE BACK!”
-
5000 Library Rd, Bethel Park PA 15102
“Very clean store and friendly employee. I think it’s great they are doing better here. But I took a star off cause I felt as if I was being followed around. Kept asking me if I needed help. Was a bit too obvious. I left early cause it made me feel uncomfortable.”
-
351 Hoffman Boulevard, Duquesne PA 15110
“If you're looking for a bad experience you will have one. Store was understaffed shortly. People working double shifts. Who wouldn't get an attitude. You say. Go find another job right. I suggest you do the same if this occurred to you daily. Some people need to learn how to take people. Smh”
