All the employees are kind,knowledgeable, and are just good people. I would 100% recommend the store to everyone.”
“Has everything you could possibly need for your pet. More stuff for cats and dogs vice other pets. The dog washing stations are fantastic. Has all you need to wash and dry your dog. Water, an apron for the human to wear, shampoo, towels, and driers.”

“Today my boyfriend and I took our new dog, Ducky, to the store because we want to get him socialized. He just adopted him a few weeks ago and he seems to have a fear of doors and entering new spaces. The employees saw my boyfriend and I patiently trying to help Ducky work up the courage to come inside and they all gathered by the door to help! They gave him treats and cheered him on. It was the sweetest thing ever and Ducky was able to come inside with confidence!! The employees were so extremely kind and loving towards Ducky and it made me so happy. Thank you all so much!!”
“My dog loves him! Does a great job on nails and ears. Last two times we have had tons of matting. (With Covid-19, snow and rain, we couldn't keep up with the detangling) He patiently shaved her coat both times. Nothing fancy, just great groomer!”
“First impression.... Fantastic. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff, small store with a lot in it. Small selection of Fish n Rodent (Guinea Pig). Stuff. Didn't venture into fowl or cat sections, toys, food, treats, hygiene and even special occasion treats for Dogs. Will return.”
“I am an elderly female with a very powerful Pitbull which is not friendly with other dogs. She is fantastic with people as long as they do,not try to hurt me. The trainer and floor associates recognized me immediately outside and for warned me of large number of dogs inside store. I was ready to cancel her needed rabies shot and try for another time when they very quickly stepped forward to assist me in getting the shot accomplished. Their concern and overall kindness with both me and my pet Lady was amazing and definitely not part of their job discription or my expectations. They made sure my pet was weighed then vet and assistant cared for her and gave her her needed shot in grooming are using outside entrance for me to enter. Then I went to,pay and trainer stepped forward to stay with Lady so I could go into store and do this. Great experience which I almost believed To be an impossible accomplishment that they made possible for me and my Fur Baby with as little stress as posssible. They are amazing and I definitely will continue to my food and treat purchases from them and will continue with my Petco Vital Care Premier membership. I will also highly recommend this Petco to others.”
“The food here was absolutely amazing the filet was peak but the staff kept screaming at me but that didn’t stop me from enjoying the amazing salmon and even better they had exotic food like snake meat and Gecko meat it was out of this world until three wild dogs ripped me limb from limb but no matter how much blood I lost that amazing taste will never leave my mouth.”

“I normally don’t write a review on big chain stores- but I absolutely had to. I live in Canonsburg so Washington TS is where I have gone since they opened many years ago. One time I waited with my little daughter for help for 40 minutes. Staff is so rude in WASHINGTON. Well I forgot to grab my horses feed- and we board near this location but have never stopped as it’s like 13 min past our location. I would drive 30 min past our location to come to this location!! I wish I knew the wonder lady cashier’s name.. but I remember the name Jeremy! They both deserve something from their employer. I was in a car accident about 3.5 weeks ago and my strength isn’t what it was so at the register I was struggling to get the bar codes/ flipping the bags. The cashier was so patient and interacting with my daughter. She promptly called Jeremy for help.. he even then went above and beyond and he walked out to the car with us- and loaded the bags of horse feed & big cat litter bags into the trunk for me- I honestly couldn’t have done it without him I used all my strength getting them in the cart lol. But SO friendly interacting with my 3 year old & talking about little ones. They both even had the same face palm reaction when she pulled a $14 dinosaur figurine by the register to buy… lol we all laughed together and she was just happy with her dinosaur!!
Thank you BOTH- and you have a new customer for life now. My horses feed + Cosequin is not cheap but I feel so much better spending it there with happy people!”
