“Overall I was very pleased with the work. The truck was help up two extra days because the paint-shop was backed up, the original delivery date 14th of May, But it could have been longer, Because i had just received a text that my new pickup date was the19th, a whole extra week. Because Jorge (George) understood that I did not have a rental and I was in real need of having my truck back. He made sure it was painted and cleaned up. He called me at 1:15pm on Saturday the 16th. To inform me that the truck was ready for pickup and that the shop closed a 2:30 on Saturday. I was thrilled because I was losing money every day I did not have the truck. So my neighbor drove me right down and I was there by 2:10. Jorge along with Robert, the tech who did the work on my truck, gave me the tour of the damaged area. I could not see any sign of the damage or even a sign as to where the work was done on the truck. To my surprise they even cleaned the inside of my cabin. I do believe Jorge had a hand in cleaning the inside of the F-150 because it was a Saturday and the full crew was not in on Saturday. So I am sure Jorge wanted to make sure I got my truck back before the 19th. So thank you, Jorge and Robert for a job well done.”

I called them first thing in the morning to schedule an estimate for repairs from a car accident, and within the next couple hours the estimate was complete and they began working on the repairs. I mentioned to them that I had a really tight timeframe on when I needed the car back, and they worked above and beyond to get it done very quick. When I picked it up, my car looked brand new as if it had come from the dealership. I was astonished at how personable they were, and how amazing my car was when I picked it up. “Vince is the man, I love this place! I've dealt with these guys for over 4 years now and they do honest good work. They take on some serious challenges and the knowledge shows. If you want a personal and honest mechanic, this is the place to go. When my axle boot was torn, these guys hooked me up with a good estimate as well as the option for OEM once available. These guys are your old school real deal mechanics - I'd never feel bad about taking my car here, I know it gets done right. They are fantastic for inspections (the get my stickers nice and straight too!), oil changes, and everything else you can think of. You can not go wrong with Cadwalader.”

“Degovanni did a great job repairing my car after an unfortunate passenger door collision with plowed ice on the side of the road. They were able to get my car in for an estimate quickly and bring it in for repairs soon. They communicated well and did a great job. The doors that has been dented and ripped through look good as new (the ice that caused it was like the iceberg that took out the Titanic).
I also appreciate how well they worked with the nearby Enterprise rental place. They called Enterprise to come pick me up and bring me to the rental office when I dropped off my car. When my car was ready I was able to just leave it at DeGovanni for Enterprise to come get later. Very easy!”

“I have these awful and terrible deep scratches on my front bumper that also needed bodywork repair done—it’s just really ugly at sight. I first went to Barry Hackert Auto to get a quote, but they weren’t able to do the repairs except replacing the entire front bumper which was going to be out of my budget. Then they recommended me to Maaco for their excellent skills and was told they were able to bring it back to life and able to save my front bumper instead of replacing it. I first spoke with Ismael and he gave me a great reasonable price for the repair work that can work around my budget. I was told they would take three business days to complete but they finished it in two! :) They exceeded my expectations and I’m really really satisfied with how my front bumper looks now. They made my car look so brand new and shiny and I’m so glad I was referred to this place. Ismael was also really great at communicating and making this entire process so much easier especially with my busy work schedule. I called Mr Nick a few days before Christmas to get an enhanced inspection. Not really understanding what I was getting myself into. A lot of times people will fast talk you to get you off the phone. Mr Nick took his time. Asked me some questions. He fitted me into the schedule on Friday (day after Christmas first thing) many other places were telling me I had to wait until the new year and were not even guaranteeing a particular date.
When I got to the shop. I tried to tip Mr Nick and he calmly said “no,” and gave me my change back which said something to me about the type of business they run. ??
They want above and beyond their duties to help me be in a good space with my car to pass the enhanced inspection. Giving everyone that came in to their shop the same great and quality customer service they gave me.
