“I rarely take the time to write a review, however my experience with Gemological Resources was well worth noting. I went there for an appraisal for a ring for an insurance claim, with the intention that they would do the work on the ring when the claim was paid. Unfortunately the ring had more damage than we thought and the repairs were more than my insurance would allow. I opted to pick up the ring and just send it the insurance company to do the repair. Not only were they so gracious to me, but took all the time to advise me and were so knowledgeable. When I asked them what I owed them for all the time and research they did over a week they said there was no charge. Absolutely no one gives this exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them.”

“It was nearing time to close when I knocked on the door of Optima Jewelers. My rings were too tight and I had been looking for someone to help. Rob answered the door, turned all the lights on, and took a look at my hand. I said I can come back when you have more time. He said no, it should come off. He so kindly took a tool and opened the band of the ring after spending a good amount of time sawing it open careful not to hurt me. Here's a guy who took 1/2 hour of his time, did not charge me a cent, and removed the offending rings. You can bet I will be having this kind jeweler, Ron Ly, do the repairs for the re-sizing. He kept the store open after closing to help me, who he did not know, and did not even ask my name. Who does this in this day and age?”

“Went to Aramingo Jewellers to have a couple of pieces of jewelry repaired. The service is excellent. They waited on me right away and because I live a distance away agreed to repair if I would wait or come back in about an hour. The gentleman that waited on me was patient and listened carefully to what I had to say and explained the different choices I had for repair. They also had a nice selection of jewelry. The cost was not expensive. Also parking was great. I would highly recommend for purchases and repairs.”

“I want to express my sincere gratitude to all the pharmacists at this facility. I recently switched from CVS, and initially, I had doubts, but I have experienced outstanding service since then. Dealing with my migraine medication and injectables has been challenging, involving multiple interactions between my neurologist's office, the pharmacy, and my insurance provider, Optum.The ongoing issue was primarily due to Optum RX. As I juggled school and work, the delays were causing withdrawal symptoms and exacerbating my stress, which triggered my migraines. I was on the verge of giving up on the constant back-and-forth. However, JOANNE AND AMY collaborated with my neurology office and Optum RX. While I didn't receive approval for my original prescription quantity, I am genuinely pleased with the outcome because I rely on these medications to function.Village Pharmacy At Springhouse has become my second home, and everyone here treats me like family.
