We are low-key people and every experience we had with the staff at ECJ felt casual, yet special. At our appointment for my engagement ring, I tried on different styles, and truly loved so many of the options ECJ had to offer that I was overwhelmed. I told my partner that he could just surprise me and I didnt care what it looked like as long as it felt like ‘me’. My partner proceeded to work closely with Natalie and the rest of the team over many months to design a custom ring that is now my most treasured piece of jewelry that I own. It is a true heirloom piece that I know will be treasured in our family for generations; they even incorporated diamonds from my grandmother's wedding band into the ring which makes it that much more special.
When it came to getting our wedding bands, it was a no-brainer that we were also going to work with ECJ. My partner designed a stunning custom ring and I chose one of their beautiful traditional ‘twig’ bands. Sam, our ECJ contact even went above and beyond to help me surprise my partner with engraving on the inside of his ring. We are so obsessed with everything ECJ and if my budget allowed I would have bought a million more pieces from them for our wedding!”

“When i tell you the people who work there were so kind to me and went above and beyond, not to mention she saved my finger! The ring that I was wearing for about the past 20 years, got bent at work and was cutting the circulation off to my finger. I googled ways to get the ring off, but my attempts were unsuccessful. Then I saw on TikTok how someone went to a jeweler verses spending who knows how long in an urgent care and this place was the closest. I called explaining my situation and the woman said come right in! She attempted to unbend the ring but at that point it was just easier to cut it off. What i didn’t expect however was they were nice enough to soder my ring, reshaped it to its original form, and cleaned it up to where it looked brand new and didn't charge me! Thank you for the little things, it really made my day, and as i promised, i had to write this review!”
