They are very busy and can be a bit slow to respond to calls and emails, but overall I found them to be trustworthy and professional. I provided material for the project, and there were some questions regarding the final weight and fabrication losses. They took the time to discuss the process with me, provided additional information, returned some remaining gold value, and offered a discount on labor.
In the end, I was very happy with the finished piece. Their work is highly skilled, and I would not hesitate to recommend them for custom jewelry projects.”

The repair was not a simple chain fix—the connector had broken off from the decorative part itself, and I was hoping to preserve the original design as closely as possible. The team took the time to understand my concerns and repaired it in the original location rather than adding an extra ring or altering the structure.
The bracelet means a lot to me, so I was nervous about leaving it, but they did a careful and thoughtful job. The repair was completed faster than expected, the price was very reasonable, and most importantly, I can wear my bracelet again.
