“I had been looking for a blue Mitsubishi Outlander Sport or Eclipse Cross for a while. My previous Outlander Sport lasted 13 years, so I wanted to stay with Mitsubishi. I checked Kelly Mitsubishi's website, and I found 2 Eclipse Crosses. Jessica DellaPietra assisted me for many hours, until the dealer found a price that was acceptable. Even after I had agreed on the Eclipse Cross, they still priced an Outlander Sport to show me the difference. I never felt pressured to buy, and Jessica was very compassionate about my concerns on the cost. When I picked up the vehicle a few days later, Jessica was very thorough in explaining all the differences between my previous car and the new one. I was in a hurry bring 5 doz. cup cakes onto Allentown from Cherryville it was raining.
I noticed my drivers side wiper was torn
I called Whitehall AutoZone spoke to a salesmen asked if he had wiper replacement for my car he check told me in stock.
I asked if he could change the old for new ones he said sure
I was there in 5 min he replaced both wipers in under a min. Now that is old fashion service. The wipers are great!!

“I retrieved part numbers for a turbo that I needed to replace from the dealership in which my semi truck was purchased. They gave me the wrong number and completely jacked everything up before hand I had ordered a turbo with the part number that the dealership gave me, obviously they didn’t fit. I called to try to come to a resolution and the branch manager Len, Absolutely made everything right. He went out of his way to help me and my business out when he didn’t have to. I owe that man a steak dinner or some Boston cream donuts. Five stars on yelp and I will definitely be buying from them again.”

“Both headlights blew at the same time for some reason in the dark evening. Made it here and asked for assistance not knowing if it was just a coincidence or a bigger issue. Colby was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. He helped check the fuses to make sure they were ok and check the bulbs to make sure they were indeed blown. I had trouble replacing a bulb in the past due to its location all packed in there. He helped replace a bulb for me while I did the other. Very helpful associate and pleasant to talk with!!!”
“Had a great experience with Crash Champions after a minor sideswipe accident on my Infiniti Q50. They did an excellent job matching the paint on the side quarter panel, front bumper, and hood / and rim scuff repair where the rim now looks brand new — you’d never know the car was damaged!

“Came home from work and noticed my vehicle was running sluggish and once arriving at home to be parked in idle only to feel the car shaking a bit.
Advance had 15 minutes before closing tonight Monday May 19th. and so I quickly went down for spark plugs and once I arrived at the entrance Isaac Z. Welcomed me very professional polite without hesitation and as he typed in my vehicle being a 2018 Kia Optima Ex (sadly not the greatest cars out there) I asked him what his opinion was on spark plugs etc. I thought expensive would be better like NGK ix or denso being 24 or 26 a piece and he gave his honest opinion in stating that the autolite iridium for 10.99 are the best out there still and work just as good etc. He also helped me pick out gas treatment and I went for the high mileage expensive 9.99 and he stated to get the lucas for 6.99 as it's always been really great and actually better. He was so calm with a smile and caring. He helped me 100% all the way as I know nothing mechanic wise etc. He would always say miss to me as a respectful gentleman and I felt comfortable and welcomed at advance auto. He was of best help. He deserves a raise!!!
Tuesday May 20th (exited review) Unfortunately next day of removing old spark plugs and to opening the box of new. Found out by my bf that they aren't the correct spark plugs. They are totally a different size and incorrect fit. So Wednesday tomorrow I'll be returning them/swapping for the right set as I gave all my cars info. Mistakes happen.”

“Today I went there for an oil change on my Prius. I didn't have anyone to drop me off and pick me up so I had to wait there. I had a 9 o'clock appointment. They took the car in right away and I was out of there by 9:40. I would have been out even earlier but the guy behind the desk helped me sync my new phone because I was having a problem figuring it out. They have a great service department at that dealership.”

“To start I’d like to say the 1 start comments had me a bit nervous when my car insurance recommended me to come here to get my car repaired. However, I can 100% say those 1 star reviews were far from anything I experienced. The staff was friendly and understanding of my situation. The front office team explained all of the relative insurance information and the next steps would be regarding the rental car process. The representative (BK) who worked on my car was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They remained in constant contact we me throughout the entire process and answered any follow up questions I had. They also even went out of there way to salvage and reapply the bumper decal I had attached to my old bumper which did not get damaged during the accident. Then to top it off, when I picked up my vehicle I was pleasantly surprised that they spent the time to detail the car after the repair of the bumper. Overall I would 100% recommend Gerber Collision for your auto body repair needs.”
