“I recently moved to the area and was looking for a reputable and fairly priced mom and pop shop. All of the positive reviews are spot on. From my first call to actually bringing my car into the shop, I was treated with respect and the man over the phone and in the shop was friendly. They let me sit and wait for my car because I had no other option, even though I wasn't listed as a wait. They put a sticker for my next oil change on the windshield and had a little mat down to protect the driver's side floor. A full synthetic oil change was a little over $70. Better than any chain and cheaper than my last mom and pop shop.”

“Got my tire presser sensor fixed. Brad picked me up when he heard I was gonna walk back for my car. Great service to the point where they are so busy because of it. I heard they were open at 7am but people showed up at 6:30am to drop off their car. I showed up at 7:15 and was almost last in line. They do first come first serve recommend showing up early or just waiting till later.”
“We had a punctured tire that a tire plug would not seal. Fiancée dropped the wheel off to get checked out and received a call back not long after that it was repaired. They put the tire back on for her (saving me from doing so after work), charged a great price, and most importantly made the process easy. I appreciate you guys for getting us taken care quickly and for the professionalism displayed.

“I've been coming here for inspection and maintenance for years. This is definitely one of the best shops around. It's almost always pretty busy so it's best to call ahead to schedule appointment. There's no dedicated parking lot (like most shops in Philly), but there's plenty of street parking nearby when dropping off the vehicle. They always explain if there's any fixes needed and get your approval before doing any work. They never try to push any unnecessary services or charge any surprise fees. A++”

“We have been bringing our van here for the big fixes for several years, and I recommend everyone do that. They know what they're doing and the service is excellent. The van stays fixed (until something else breaks.)
But here's an illustration of how awesome they are: For two years we've had a wasp sitting at the base of our windshield, stinger pointing out. We didn't want to risk sticking our fingers there to pull it out so we just left it. We had the van detailed twice and all those guys did was move the wasp around. Last week Wynnewood Park Service fixed our van and... they removed the wasp.”

“Chances are if you are calling this company, you are having a bad day. Rest assured that DW will turn it around and get you back on track. We spent about three hours trying to get AAA, OnStar and other local businesses to respond to our flat tire in south Philadelphia and only DW responded and stayed focused on our problem. He sourced a new tire from a local vendor and brought it to the vehicle, mounted, balanced and installed the tire right on the curb where we were stranded. Don’t waste your time with the national “service“ providers. Call DW.”

“I made an appointment to have my car looked at because of a couple of noises I was hearing. He called and told me exactly what was wrong with my car: a tire rod, axle, tires, and a couple of other minor problems. I wasn’t surprised because I do a lot of driving. (Gig worker). I must say he was very honest and upfront with me about the cost and what was most important to get fixed.
If you are a woman and not sure where to take your car, I highly recommend this place.”

“I go here whenever i need tires, passing two or three other places along the way, because of the service and price. It is quick in and out without sacrificing quality. All lugs on all wheels checked with a torque wrench, all wheels air pressure double checked.”
“Very competent honest repair shop. Good shops are almost everywhere. Find one, build a relationship with them and don't let Jiffylube screw up your vehicle because cars are too expensive to replace and repair more than absolutely nessary these days.
They did a great job resently doing the 100,000 mile water pump, timing belt, and tune-up on my old Acura, which now has 300,000 miles, but still drives like it's new.”

“PA Tire and Auto is BY FAR the best place to take your car in the area. I had a nail in my tire and brought it in to them. Bram, the manager, called me almost immediately after to tell me that all four of my tires were completely dry rotted way more than he had ever seen on a new car that had less than 18k miles. He encouraged me to call the manufacturer and go through the warranty to get them replaced. Bram could have lied and told me the state of my tires was on track for the lifespan of them, and sold me 4 new tires. But he didn't do that- he was honest and transparent and told me to fight for a warranty because I deserved it. No only that- Bram spent probably a few hours on the phone with Yokohama himself when they demanded to speak to a mechanic who had seen and measured the premature rot in my tires. All the while, he knew his shop wouldn't be able to carry out the warranty themselves because they are not a dealership, which would be authorized to do warranties with this specific brand of tire. In short, he encouraged me and helped me get a warranty on my tires because it was in MY best interest to do that. It wasn't in his best interest or the shop's best interest but he did it anyway. He has integrity and an admirable work ethic. He was so patient and kind that he has won a customer for life. Thank you for everything, Bram!!!”
