“My right front passenger window was broken into in Philadelphia. The team at Caliber Collision, specifically Christine, was quick to assist me. She was extremely warm, reassuring me that everything would be okay. She acquainted me with what the repair process would look like and was able to schedule a window repair appointment for the next day. In the meantime, she asked the service team to wrap my window (for free) to hold me over for the night since the repair wouldn't be until the following day. I’ve always been a bit nervous talking to mechanics because i’ve been taken advantage of before, but everyone at this shop is honest, fair, and I’ve never waited more than a day for my car to get fixed. Plus Marty always has free treats to give out for some reason lol twice in a row I walked out with bags of fresh rolls! Heck he even had one of his mechanics come and pick me up with my car when it was finished because I didn’t have a ride and he didn’t want me and my son to walk the mile to pick it up. “What a hidden gem! I needed a mechanic to look at my car. It didn’t start, so I got it jumped started. Then I pushed to start, and it did that crazy thing where everything on the dashboard came on and starting blinking and flashing.I knew my tires were due for rotation and the dealer kept reminding me of that. Certainly so I could take it in and they find 5 other things that they would recommend! Since I am female I expect mechanics to try to talk down to me or try to pull a fast one. Before he passed my father taught me the basics with cars.
