“Self service printing is fine but there are no envelopes or mailing envelopes to be had. The older 2 tone hair lady said that those things could be gotten at the post office since the UPS service was behind on pickups are behind on deliveries also.”

“I want to start this review off by saying I don’t know what that is. Positive cannot be said about Sir Speedy Print Shop. From the outstanding customer service and to the epic product that came back when we submitted our project to those guys has made my organization a permanent customer for as long as the building stands. This is as sincere as I could possibly be because we took our project to four other businesses and so by the time we got to serve speedy, we were kind of nervous about the outcome, and we were completely blown away by the work. You can tell, even with the proof that they sent back that they are very meticulous and truly love what they do. Once again, I can truly say I am a customer for life not just with my organization, but any of my personal projects that they can take on I’ll be sending their direction. Thank you very much for all you do!”

“I stopped in on 3/5, a couple hours after calling to ask about notary services. The gentlemen were pleasant, professional and helped me mail the documents after getting them notarized. “I ordered my print online beforehand at Campus Copy Center. I emailed Anthony back and forth before coming. When I showed up, it was ready, which I really appreciated. At first, I wasn’t totally happy with the color quality, but Anthony helped me right away and fixed the issue super quickly and easily.
He was honestly so helpful and made the whole process feel simple and stress free. The price was also a lot lower than Staples, which was a huge plus. I’m very happy with how everything turned out. “Came here after a horrendous experience with the Folsom, Pa location. The Folsom store had an abysmal, miserable woman working printing, extremely rude and downright unhelpful.
Upon arriving here, I was greeted at the door, the employees asked what we needed, how they could help and even apologized for the other store. They were all just tremendous at the Springfield location.

“I was amazed at how kind, thoughtful and masterful this team was. I wanted to print almost 2-dozen copies of children’s artwork as a class keepsake, and everyone was extremely patient in reviewing the options with me, helping me strategize how to get the best product within budget, and communicating about quality concerns (I didn’t think about the fact that light-colored crayons and pencils wouldn’t copy well — I received a phone call immediately about this and we figured out a great work-around. I was shown proofs at this time to make sure everything was going to print as clearly and neatly as possible.)
I definitely did not appreciate all of the nuances involved with this last-minute idea of a printing project, and the lovely team at Fed Ex was so patient and kind with every aspect of the process. Can’t recommend highly enough.
