“I had to get posters printed (I had previously used a company in NYC called Printique) and this was my first time using FedEx for high quality photo/card stock prints. Kerensa was extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. She showed me different options, explained pricing, and worked with me after running a test print to dial in a border issue on the poster to get the remainder of prints looking perfect. I will never use the NYC printer I had previously gone to again. I will always go to FedEx for prints like this from now on! *She also did all of this during a busy rush (which looked worse than it was) and was extremely patient and performed all of these tasks in about 5-6 minutes tops. “I stopped in on the morning of Feb. 10, 2024 to buy a battery for my cordless phone. I had been told on the phone that Staples might and might not have a matching battery. I brought the phone in since I didn't even know how to open the battery hatch. When I bought it at Staples about eight years ago, I never touched the battery. It's only now that it is slowing down. Tech supervisor Cliff found a matching battery and replaced it. He was both efficient and courteous at a time when he was busy with a couple of customers. What a relief to get the right battery and have someone put it in.”

“Something I want to share because we always complain about problems but seldom give kudos to those who deserve it. This happened the other day on my return to LA from Philly at the end of a holiday visit to family. It was this UPS Store (store 4038) to the rescue. In the mayhem of bringing a dog, too much baggage, coats, shoes, etc through the TSA checkpoint at PHL on Wednesday, I left my MacBook Pro behind. Let me cut to the chase. Not only did TSA collect it and keep it safe in their lost and found, the next morning I got a lovely email response from them giving me 4 options for claiming it. I chose option #4: the UPS Store at the airport which works closely with TSA there to help passengers in these matters. Kudos to the TSA for being human, responsible and responsive. BIG Kudos to the UPS Store for not only picking up my laptop, but packing it safely and shipping it overnight. I got it 10am the next day, safe and sound. The people I spoke with at the UPS Store gave me clear and concise instructions and were very helpful. A private-public partnership that works. That's a good thing (tm Martha Stewart).”
