“I was impressed with the entire experience. The security, cleanliness, and ease of communication with the owners were all excellent. I will call them again for my storage needs.”

“I won unit here in auction. We ran into some technical issues and everybody here went above and beyond to make it right and work with me on the matter. They were all very polite and honest, and it was a very nice experience. I buy units in auction a lot and most facilities are not fun to deal with but I will be looking out for this facility in the future as they are wonderful to work with!”
“I cannot thank the driver, Kareem, enough. I was very anxious about getting all of my things loaded. He was very helpful and got everything to the new house in good shape.”

“Awesome storage facility I have no complaints The people who run it absolutely amazing Very friendly and considerate of your needs you’re not renting here you’re not renting from the Best in town”
“This place went above and beyond to make sure I got my equipment on time they even help me before they open because I could not get the app to work on a contactless checkout. But the employees here are amazing the facility is spotless The equipment is in tip top shape and Paula deserves a raise she was there an hour and 15 minutes early thank heavens”
“Everyone at this location is exceptional. They answered every question I had and helped with my weird rookie mover questions. They accommodated me when I needed to extend the rental under different circumstances. I appreciate everyone at this location from the U-Haul rentals reps to storage unit reps.Thank you!”

“Salem self storage has very reasonable rates. They only have certain hours you can access the units because they have a locked gate, it might possibly be a problem for some people but they have weekend hours also.”
“Great service. Will always takes great care to make sure we are satisfied with our rental.Enjoy being able to reserve online since we sometimes learn late in the day we need a van.Everyone is super helpful!”
“This buisness was recently under new ownership and there have been alot of things changing for the good. New security cameras can be seen being installed and the new lighting makes the facility feel more welcoming to the tenants who use the storage units. The led lights they upgraded to even turn on automaticly as you move about the building which is a huge improvement over having to go turn on all the lights for the area your unit is in. Talking to the new owners they seem poised to do alot of modernization which makes me feel alot better knowing I can store my belongings safely and access them more readily. If you are looking for a place in the latrobe area to store your belongings I would definitely recommend checking them out.”

“Owner was wonderful to work with and was very accommodating over our 4 years as a tenant. We had not realized our auto-payments from my checking account expired at one point and the owner allowed us to get paid up current without any penalties despite being 2 months late. We definitely would use RHSS again for our storage needs. Thank you!”
“TOP-NOTCH facility
Great experience very clean and well maintained units. Surveillance 24/7 Easy access for moving trucks. The whole process explained in detail.”
“Really an amazing experience. We didn't know anything about the process going-in. Air Van organized everything and showed-up on time. The crew worked very hard and the results were great. Air Van took a huge amount of stress off our shoulders.”
“Office staff is friendly & helpful and reasonably priced compared to other storage facilities. Thanks to Natalie for a smooth process. I like the security company that is activated when you key in your number at the gates. Don’t tailgate it triggers the security company. Clean units and conveniently located.”
“The staff at this location are incredible. I was able to rent a van very easily; the process was extremely smooth, and the gentleman told me about the storage rentals. I was able to reserve a rental over the phone mid-move and keep the van safely on the property while I arranged the unit. There was a slight hiccup, but everyone was very professional while it was ironed out. My son accidentally lost a teeny tiny game cartridge and the gentleman was able to retrieve it, even going to extreme lengths to do so! Meanwhile, the lady working the desk was so very kind to my son. Everything was perfect!”
“I stored my belongings here for several months this year and was very pleased with my 10x10 unit. There were no pests and it remained clean and dry. Staff was professional and courteous. Highly recommend this extremely secure storage facility. Driving up to unit was especially convenient.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this location. After some questionionable service at other storage locations; Murrysville is a breathe of fresh air.
Marcy was 1000% amazing. Very willing to work with you, on whatever you need. She made moving in, a breeze.
My only regret; I didn't find her/this location sooner. Takes her time to explain everything. Offers other options. Just a pleasure to work with!
Please check out this location. Absolutely worth you while.”
