“Used climate controlled unit here for more than 7 years. My stuff was kept in good condition, and was easily accessed at all times, except for minimal maintenance that they stayed on top of. There is no way those items would have lasted that long somewhere else, and I’m deeply appreciative. Each time I needed to change unit sizes, it was easy and same day, and they were always available to help with a smile. So grateful to have had this place available so nearby.”
“Javon has been the most helpful person in a long time of me using storage facilities for in between rental and transfers. Allowed me to tour the lockers to assess my size necessary for my move and listed all the different types and prices as well as amenities that the place offered. Can not appreciate him enough.”

“Guardian Storage on Centre Ave in Shadyside is a fabulous establishment. They are friendly, super helpful and made a stressful situation seem doable, and even pleasant. I had family come from all over the country and they couldn’t get over how wonderful the facility is-vs the storage companies in their cities. I would never go anywhere else.”

“I used the storage here for a year and I never had an issue. You can access your unit between 6am - 10pm. You have to use a code to get in to the building and the system works smoothly and offers security. I’ve also rented several uhauls from this location. The process has been simple each time. And the employees are courteous and helpful.”

Kristen was truly amazing in clarifying, along with resolving inaccurate information provided by a second party (who answers your phone lines after 6pm).
