“Today I stop in this branch to try to set up auto pay on my car loan that I’ve been struggling with setting up. The two women at the window were excellent. Not only did they answer my question and supply me with the forms, but they actually filled out the form for me and just asked me to sign it to make sure that everything would go nice and smooth with the transaction.As if that wasn’t enough customer service when I went to leave, the second woman asked for my phone number and said that they wanted to follow up with me in a few days to make sure that everything they process was completed and then I was all set.On top of this every customer that either walked up to the window or that drove up to the drive-through while I was there was recognize by these two women who referred to the customers by their first names.In this day and age, I can’t believe the excellent customer service that I received from these two women. I only wish that I lived closer to that branch so that I could work with them all the time.I am in retail, and would gladly have both these women work for me however, I didn’t even ask because they seem very happy in the current position.”
