“An excellent clean hotel, with a very polite professional staff in a convenient location for the event I just attended. Had an excellent breakfast every morning I was there. The bathtub / shower should win an award for clean and easy to clean design and maintenance. Great water pressure and heat. Highly recommend!!!”

“Good hotel if need to be in the area. Came for a show at the Keswick theater which was a 12 minute ride away. Some construction going on so paper on some parts of the lobby floor. Receptionist nice at check-in. The room was clean with comfortable bed, the pillows not so much. The contractors set of the fire alarm early in the late afternoon. I walked down the 5 flights. But fire department cleared alarm quickly. It took another 10 minutes for the maintenance worker to get the elevator working. It was a fine stay at a clean hotel and served it’s purpose.”

“We stayed for 2 days, 1 night and it was good stay. The room was clean and well lit. We had everything we needed. At check-in, Tracey was informative and her customer service skills were superb. It's really comforting to meet people that can be relateable filled with enthusiasm. We received the same attentiveness from Vanessa at check-out. Location is a bit remote.The pool wasn't available because it was under construction. We just missed breakfast, but they serve breakfast from 6:30a to 9:30am. They do have a small snack store that's available next to the front desk which is nice. All in all our experience was a good one and the price was excellent! No issues.”
