“I have been a "regular" at multiple Fedex locations for the past 5-6 years. After recently moving to the area the 500 Maryland Dr location became my go to option. At first it was because of the extended hours, even though there are 2 other Fedex stores closer to me. However, I can genuinely say I'm only going to this location for the people.
I truly look forward to going to Fedex almost every day (2x per day/5 days a week). Every morning and evening I'm greeted with a genuine, "good morning" or "how was your day"? By either Jay, Herman, Aiden, and Henry. These guys honestly make the extra few miles of driving worth it. From the beginning I could tell they weren't just going through the motions, but they all actually care. Not just for the company and the stores reputation, but more so the customer.
I've seen people of all ages treated the exact same way, with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and courtesy. I'm sure some people will say, "well that's their job", and I say this because i've seen some wildly arrogant customers come into this Ship Center, and they are STILL treated with the same respect and genuine care that everyone else is! (I wouldn't be as patient).
With that said, I don't think people even realize this is the HUB! Not only do these guys provide incredible customer service, but every package in the area dispatches through Maryland Dr! Your regular office and print store, doesn't have half the volume or duties as a Ship Center.
So to Herman, Jay, Aiden, Henry, and the rest of the Maryland Dr Fedex Ship Center, I appreciate everything you guys do in making sure everyone is treated with the same respect and of course, making sure our packages arrive safely.”
