“I’m giving Family Dollar ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because it ended up being a really convenient stop with a surprisingly good selection, especially for the price. This location is one of those stores where you can walk in for one thing and end up finding ten more items you didn’t even realize you needed. From cleaning supplies to snacks, household items, toys, and even last-minute essentials, they really do have a little bit of everything.
The prices are great, and you can stretch your money here way more than at most other stores. A lot of items were cheaper than the big-box stores, and that alone makes it worth stopping by. I picked up a few everyday essentials, and everything rang up exactly how it should—no surprises and no missing tags, which is something I really appreciate.
The store was fairly clean and organized, which made it easy to find what I was looking for. It wasn’t perfect—some aisles were a bit tight and a couple sections could’ve been straightened up—but nothing major. The staff was friendly, the checkout line moved at a good pace, and everything felt smooth from start to finish.

“I went into this Dollar store last weekend while running some errands and it was actually pretty decent. The aisles were mostly organized and I found a bunch of small household things I needed without spending much, which is always nice on the wallet. The cashier was friendly too, even though it was a bit busy. A few shelves were kinda empty here and there, but nothing too bad. Overall it’s a simple place, good for quick buys and little stuff you don’t really wanna pay full price for.”

“I bought a $12 item after my wife already bought it. Of course I told the clerk to toss the receipt. I went to return it and the employee went through the trash to find the receipt so I could get a refund.
Thankfully there was not a line at the register.

“This location is close to my house offering a range of needs like food, drinks, home decor, children's clothes, home decor for seasonal and everyday at an affordable price. Weekend deals and coupons are always a great savings. This location specifically does have the rough outside damaged which can pose for risks as its above the entrance/exit door. Plenty of parking.”
“Good selection of a variety of items, excellent prices on bulk items like pet food and toilet paper/paper towels, and very pleasant and proficient employees are the primary reasons I shop here. You can also sometimes find discontinued household decor and fun items that work really well for birthdays and seasonal gifts. I'm TOTALLY doing some of my holiday shopping here next month!P.S. They offer digital coupons in the DG app and $5 off incentive on your receipt for use on your next visit!”
“I absolutely love this store the people who work there have been regulars for quite some time and they're just so very nice and helpful. I'm only 4 ft 10 and it never seems to fail that something I want is out of my reach and it never matters how busy they are someone always stops and helps me. The store is very busy and sometimes the shelves aren't as filled as I'd like but it's a sign that the products aren't old. I have no use for the Dollar Tree any longer I won't shop there their dollar section here is phenomenal so much better good products I just couldn't be happier. And for those who have not tried their totally awesome brand I use their non-chlorine bleach on my work clothing I work in a warehouse and I get dirty. This actually works better than the Clorox 2 or anything else that I've tried and it's only a dollar, not a dollar and a quarter. The laundry soap is awesome the dish soap is awesome all their cleaners their tub and bathroom cleaner is so good it's hard to believe that it's only a dollar but it really works well. For the people who are on a budget go there try some. I guarantee you you will not be disappointed in the product. If you have pets they have really nice size bowls for cats or dogs for a dollar and they're made well. They're just so many great things in their dollar section I just can't say enough good stuff and the people there always have a smile they're always there to greet you it just is a special place and I'm very happy to be able to shop there.”
“This place has turned into a DUMP! Lots and Lots of out of stocks. Closes anytime they want in the middle of the afternoon or sometimes for the whole day and just throws up a sign on the door CLOSED like they did today when I was there at 5pm. You never know if they are going to be open or closed when you get there. Place is DIRTY all the time inside and out.”
“Today, Fri Dec 19 visited the s 4th st store Allentown. Staff at register as well as the gentleman on floor restocking shelves were all very courteous, patient & kind. Even doing a price on clearance item as well as helped scan aisle for same Christmas box I've seen at other area Dollar Tree.

“The store is always well stocked & the prices considerably fair! The cashiers usually seem geared up to accomplish the checkout process in a responsive & purposeful manner which leaves me a satisfied customer. Plenty of parking, carts & baskets always available, with a great selection of items! Can't beat a day of shopping with Family Dollar!”

“The store has greatly improved since the new management. It is better stocked and maintained. The only issue is the posted schedule. It says open till 10 pm which is not accurate. Last night again I ran there with my son after I picked him up from work. He was feeling sick and wanted to get some ginger ales but at 9:42pm the store was closed. I've been there at 9:30 and it's closed. This is the 3rd time . Be safe and go before 9pm”
