“Payal is nothing short of spectacular. She assisted in making sure every part of my transaction was covered and understood. I wouldn’t go to a different ups store in the area.”
“Cannot say enough about Azhar and his team. I’ll start with professional, efficient and affordable. This business cares about their clients and neighbors in the shopping center. I highly recommend Bentley’s!”
“The staff at The UPS Store on Veterans Lane are incredible. They are extremely friendly, efficient, and attentive to every detail. What blew me away was that after only my second time sending a package here, the gentleman working already remembered me by name! That level of personal care and attention is so rare to see in a busy business. I highly recommend this location!”
“The glowing reviews of this place are true. I had four very large boxes and made it three steps away from my car before I heard “Hey! I can help with that!” Someone came from inside the store, took all my boxes, and told me to have a great day. I am quite sure they offer UPS and FedEx services, so look no further than Parcel Place!”
“I had the occasion to visit the UPS store to return an Amazon item and I had the wrong QR code. Neel was very helpful, advising me how to get the information needed to make the return. He was extremely pleasant and I was so appreciative of his help.”
“Warm and personalized customer service is a hallmark of the UPS Store in Buckingham. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and very responsive. They’ve helped me on numerous occasions not only with important shipping projects but also with various printing jobs that are always delivered on time (more quickly than from nearby competitors) with quality results at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.”
“We often order printed materials from this location. Quick and great prints. Additionally. My wife left her phone there and i returned after the closed. They went above and beyond to find the phone for me after hours. Cannot express how grateful i am!”
“I happened to be in Staples on a Thursday and found Bin-win Thursday, when there was literally hundreds of items for $2! I had so much fun! It was the highlight of my day!”
“Shoutout to Clay!! I visited this Staples to complete my TSA Precheck enrollment. I made an appointment ahead of time, so there was no wait. Clay was the representative who assisted me with the process, and he was so informative, professional, and helpful!”
“Does fantastic printing. Highly recommend for anything like yard signs, stickers, flyers, and mailing. I used them as well for business cards and did a fantastic job”
“Very nice, polite and helpful. Went to 2 previous post offices, one on Horsham Rd and the other on Markley St. they were unbelievably rude and wouldn’t even let me make an appt for a passport renewal. Those people are just lazy. The one was excellent on Doylestown rd awesome.”
“The staff is always pleasant and very helpful with your postal needs!Elizabeth is always upbeat and smiling. Such a sweat heart! Highly recommend Chalfont Post Office!!!!!”
“I always choose the Pipersville Post Office whenever I need to mail or drop something off, and every visit is a great experience. The office is consistently clean, organized, and runs smoothly. Becky at the front desk is exceptional — she is always kind, genuine, and incredibly helpful. Her warm and welcoming attitude makes such a difference, and you can truly tell she enjoys helping people.
What stands out most is the wonderful sense of community here. It feels like a close-knit local post office where people know one another and genuinely care. Excellent customer service like Becky’s is rare and so appreciated. Highly recommend this location!”
“The stapler I ordered online at Staples website showed that it was available at my local store which was great because they made it available for quick pickup in an hour or less. Pickup was easy too. Very pleased!”
“This Dollar General is a life saver! Especially living where we do, it's 20 minutes either direction for a supermarket. They have just about anything you need last minute! I heard so many complaining when it was being built, and I guarantee they all have shopped here! It's not as messy as others I've seen! So nice job keeping it up considering the lack of staff it continually struggles with!”
“The FedEx site is conveniently located inside the Walgreens on the corner of PA309 & North Wales Rd. Whether you need to send a package, or have an express package held for you, this is a useful and easy way to get it done.”
“Thank you, Brian, for helping me complete my return smoothly.
The original supplier’s return packaging was not very good, but Brian was very patient and used his professionalism to find a solution that helped me a lot and saved me a great deal of time.
The reason I gave 4 stars is that he seemed to run into some difficulties from another side while trying to help me.
Anyway, thank you again, Brian!”
“Woman who works there is always courteous and informative on different options for mailing different items.
Not the closest USPS for me , but my go to one because of service.”
“So we had a package that was misplaced at the shipping location so it didnt make it out, Brett, one of the employees, drove it to us within a couple hours. Even though I told him it was ok. That was amazing! It's so nice being surprised by good, honest and hard working people. THANK YOU BRETT!!!”
“Best post office in the area. The postal workers are so friendly and helpful, I travel further to this location than ones closer to me due to their consistent reliability and great staff.”
“There was a long line, but it moved along fairly quickly. When purchasing shipping boxes, the employee told me that if I had a AAA membership I would get a discount. Sweet! I never would have known if he had not informed me.”
“I lost my key to my mailbox.
And I want to tell you something. They were nothing but helpful and got me my key and changed my mailbox right away. The Us Post office in North Wales, PA, they really do try to help you and make life a little easier for you.
I can't thank enough for their excellent service.
Thank you so much!!”
“I come to this UPS Store regularly for my Amazon returns and drop-offs. The process is usually quick and easy, and the staff members are always friendly and helpful. The manager is very nice, and the store is usually clean and organized.
One thing I really appreciate about this location is how they handle small packaging issues. I’ve been to other UPS Stores where they charged me just to add a little tape or take care of something minor. At this location, if you don’t have exactly what you need, the staff usually tries to help and explain the most affordable way to get your package taken care of instead of automatically charging you for everything.
Overall, I’ve had a consistently good experience here. It’s a convenient, dependable location with friendly service, and I appreciate that they try to help customers without making simple returns more expensive than they need to be.”
