“I am so thankful to the staff at Evergreen Arbors! I was homeless before I got accepted at the Arbors and Karen and her bosses did everything they could as quickly as they could to get me into a apartment! They are so professional and kind! I couldn't thank them more!Now on to the maintenance staff! My goodness! Those three men! Mark, Shane and Tyler! You guys are just remarkable! You all have helped me so much and I am so grateful to all three of you amazing men! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ❤️I watch all of the staff at the Evergreen Arbors each and every day work hard for each of us and I'm amazed! People don't realize how much they truly do care and take the time to help us and take care of our homes! I'm honored to live among these great people that work here and I will always recommend people to move here! They take care of their people!”

“Corey and the staff at Lighthouse apartments made this move in absolutely amazing the house was exactly as they described and everything was wonderful. There was a problem with a toilet that happened because of something that a previous tenant had done, but Corey came in on Easter Sunday and his Sunday best to try to fix the toilet and when that didn't work he had guys in first thing the next morning completely pulling the toilet out and fixing it. I could not be happier with the service. I highly recommend renting from Lighthouse apartments.”
