Jim kept my husband and I apprised of what was going on with our car, let us know how much we would owe, and even ordered the parts for our car before we could drop it off. He got it done in 2 weeks solid, even with the snow delaying things. He was friendly, courteous, and prompt. He would follow-up with a phone call along with an email, which I appreciated since our car was ready a day early for us to pick up. When we got it back, the body looked brand new, and they detailed it inside and out! I highly recommend Keystone Collision if anyone needs to go to a body shop and be happy with the results. I hope I never have to use them again (bc that would not be good for my car), but if I did, I know the first place I'd go.”
