Ken is up front, honest and just downright fun to talk with -- knowledgeable for sure, but doesn't make you feel like you know nothing or uncomfortable about car repairs (I am one that knows very little about cars). The techs were all very kind and I felt very much at home getting my vehicle evaluated. Could have told me a repair which is needed in the near future is needed now -- they did not try to push me into anything I did not need and even recommended waiting as there was still time.
