“I went there for greeting cards.They have the very best selection that I know of at a very low price.I can't deal with paying 5 or 6 dollars for cards that will be shortly lived.I always get extras. ?”
“Mid sized dollar tree in a almost abandoned shopping center. Dollar tree is in the process of raising prices again so before shopping here go up the hill to Walmart where some things will be cheaper.”
“Very busy and seems very short staffed. Cashiers are very friendly and will go out of the way for customers. Manager that was on duty seemed bothered and mad that she had to come up to the register to help a customer get a price for a product. Store is clean and easy to get through but a lot of products are on the shelves with no prices.”

“I was the only cusromer there.
Sraff was knowledgeable and friendly. The vegie section was well stocked and I could not find any spoiled items. The meat selection was good and milk per gallon is at least a dollar cheaper than sheets. The prices are reasonable with many discounts available. The wrapping on some meat leaks but of good quality. Some fruit flies but fresh fruit and veggies. Overall...I would return without question for the big chain stores charge way more for free bagging. This store was hard to find and definitely missable from the main road, however most locals know where it is.

“Hadn't been for awhile, so decided to check it out. Was disappointed to see a lot more furniture...assumes this means this Big Lots will end up the same way the one in Aliquippa is -all furniture. Right now they still have grocery items and normal department store-type items. If they keep them, I'll keep going. If they move to all furniture, I'm sure they'll end up like every other furniture store in the area...bankrupt and closed.”
“I stop in here frequently, as I do other locations. The store is usually always clean and organized, except when they have new shipments they are stocking and pulling seasonal items. Customers need to be aware of and respect the fact that employees only have so much space to work in. It's not Walmart or Giant Eagle, they do not stock overnight.
Items I usually purchase here are cat toys, hair accessories (I like the metal claw clips they started carrying, I can't break them easily), office supplies, craft items, nail care items, and drinks and snacks. They have really cute seasonal decor, it's nice when on a tight budget. Here are photos of some things I've bought or almost bought.”
“Love this store. The manager named Leahis the hardest working most professional manager I've dealt with out of the dozens of dollar general stores in the area. Always pleasant and friendly and goes out of her way to show customers where to find things and advises them on clearance items.”
“I walk up from my house to this dollar general a few times a week for snacks, monster energy drinks, etc. Since it’s only abt 0.5 mile walk from my house! Staff are so so sweet & kind & if you’re close to a deal on smth & you don’t know they’ll let you know abt u being close to that deal just incase you want it! “Great staff. Lovely attitudes. My family loves Cara, she’s such a delight and has a great personality. Unfortunately some older man keeps coming around to harass the staff about their personal life choices. Making it super uncomfortable for my kids. I don’t know who the dude is but he walks a big white dog. He’s such an unpleasant man. That poor staff has to put up with him causing a scene each time he shows up to the store. Other than the cave troll it’s such a great store and has improved so much since this past month. They really need some sort of on site security, because that man’s actions scream RED FLAGS. I hope he’s banned soon so my children don’t have to listen to his negative tangents. Prayers for the staff, they truly are amazing.”

“This store was so much bigger than I expected it to be! I'm so thankful that it's right down the street and it's very convenient for anything that you could need last minute. They have a lot of fixins to help create dinner and are perfect for quick snacks too! I sometimes find that the pop is cheaper here than at Wal-Mart! Just have to watch for the sales. I'm always impressed about there ever changing home section of home decoration items. My girlfriend gets in trouble here spending more money than she should”
“Although the layout of most Dollar Generals is the same, the employees in this store, are exceptional. I went into get a few things on my way home and the employees were friendly, hard working and provided great customer service. Even with the pandemic, the store was very clean and sanitized and employees wore face masks like we should or at least be considerate of each other and just stay home. Gave 100% customer service.”
“I love this place! We weren't in line too long before another register opened. We noticed they are working harder to keep the store stocked and the aisles clear, which is a big thing for me, especially if the store is already crowded!”

“I made a stop at this location for the first time. I usually go to the one on Duss when I visit my son. Went to the Duss location first. It was filthy. There were boxes everywhere. Some where you could hardly get down the aisle. Shelves were just about empty and looked like items were just thrown in the shelves. I left and went to the one on Freedom for the first time. Store was clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Shelves were well stocked and neat. There were no carts or boxes to be seen. This will be my go to store.”
