“To be honest, I perform nearly 100% of the work on my vehicles. Tires, paint, welding, and in general anything that I don't have the appropriate tools for, are performed by a mechanic. I perform my own work mostly because of trust issues. I like to know my issue, what I need to fix it, and the components I used to fix it. Most importantly I need to know that I completed it to my satisfaction.I moved to Nuangola in 1994, and there are a few decent mechanics nearby but none as close to me as Rule's. Their garage is nothing spectacular, so don't think you'll be amazed by the presence of the newest gadgets. They used to race open wheel events in the area, in the garage bears witness to that. Initially, it was Norman that we dealt with, but I guess he's getting up in age, and Jim has been the main person at the garage for quite some time. The small staff makes it hard to accommodate everyone every day, so I'd either recommend calling, and if you don't get through, stop by to discuss your issue. That way you can make an appropriate time to come back and get the service done. Overall, I've not had any issues with the work they've done. They also perform PA State inspections if you're in need of one.”
